The only venue that can match the singularity of your romance.

MEET’s "Showroom" is a ground-floor premium event space that can accommodate 300 seated guests. Additional space can be added by including the adjacent Outdoor Pavilion. Under the shining sun or sparkling stars, MEET’s open-air pavilion is an amazing spot for ceremonies and receptions. The Outdoor Pavilion can be tented and is an excellent location for exterior live music during your event. The second floor also provides an intimate, customizable space for ceremonies and receptions.

MEET Las Vegas is located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas and provides a blank canvas for any design. Couples can go wild with their AV capabilities or use the white space to design their wedding with any color in mind. Their attention to details shines and their communication is amazing. I'm also incredibly impressed by their generosity and understanding during COVID 19 postponements. Overall, A+ wedding venue and highly recommended by this Las Vegas wedding planner.

Nestled right in the center of Downtown Las Vegas this space is a gem! From the moment you step into MEET LV you can imagine the ways it can be customized. They have so many features on site that set them apart from other places- from a projection fog welcome wall to a colorful lighted ceiling & many details in between. Logo & Jennifer are always such a pleasure to work with, highly recommend this space for all types of events!

First, let us just say the entire team and especially Jennifer welcomed us and our plans without any reservation but more importantly with excitement and desire to make our Wedding Event perfect. To say that we had very specific and demanding expectations would be an understatement. Jennifer and the team at MEET not only met our expectations, but exceeded them .........not just with the end production of our Wedding Event, but throughout the entire (planning) process. I am by nature and profession as a financial executive a very detailed organized planner. Jennifer and Meet immediately understood my desire and need to have every detail from arrival at the curb through hand towels in the bathroom to departure designed, planned and executed. Jennifer quickly understood our vision and executed our Wedding Event beyond even our expectations. Jennifer sourced every detail for us, from transportation and music through furniture, lighting, sign boards, bathroom accessories to guest gifts. She provided multiple offers for each service and helped to select specifics and specific providers such as photographers, caterers, servers, day staff, etc. The space at Meet is so versatile. We were able to utilize multiple areas and outdoor spaces to allow our entire event to happen at one location. Jennifer and the team made it possible by utilizing multiple areas, for cocktails, ceremony, dinner and celebration. We and our guests flowed from area to area as Jennifer and the Meet team would transform a previous area in preparation of our return. We used lighting throughout, and outside as well as music and furniture to define. Jennifer's design ideas to create the multiple venues was spot on. Meet's abilities and offerings with lighting, indoor and outdoor areas, automatic room dividers, etc., gave us the opportunity to have our entire Wedding Event at one location. Truly an incredibly executed plan. We had toured MANY traditional and non traditional venues in Las Vegas, but Meet by far had the most offerings and possibilities. Couple those offerings with the service and execution of Jennifer, there is no other choice. Our Wedding Event was about 8 or so hours at Meet. That afternoon and evening could not have happened any easier than it did for us. As a couple, we did nothing but experience and enjoy our Wedding Event. Jennifer and the team at Meet, executed every detail we had planned without exception. Our guests to this day continue to rave about their experience at our Wedding Event. Every single guest continues to share stories. Jennifer and Meet executed our non-traditional wedding to a level that I know no one else in Las Vegas (or elsewhere) can achieve. I highly recommend Meet and Jennifer to any couple wanting to have a truly exceptional special day.

Alcohol: Exclusively In-house (outside alcohol not permitted). MEET Las Vegas has in-house catering options to make events simple and easy. A large banquet-style kitchen is right off the showroom floor to assist in expediting food service while keeping food hot.

MEET has dedicated access to 53 spaces directly north of the venue, which can be rented for your event. Valet parking service can be provided for your event. MEET is within one-half block of the three largest parking garages in downtown Las Vegas as well as multiple street lots operated by the City of Las Vegas.

While MEET does not have hotel rooms, we do have hotel partner alliances which allows your guests to have access to our exclusive discounted room rates, based upon availability, without the need to commit to a hotel room block.

Exclusively In-house. MEET Las Vegas has in-house catering options to make events simple and easy. A large banquet-style kitchen is right off the showroom floor to assist in expediting food service while keeping food hot. There are some instances where there may be an exception, such as religious restrictions. Please inquire with us if your wedding may fall within these parameters.
