I found my passion early in life and was crazy enough to pursue the idea of sharing it with the world. I don’t believe in such a thing as “too much” when it comes to expressions of love – especially when it’s a wedding! I earned my bachelors and masters degrees in photojournalism from the University of Missouri, *cough cough* known as the best journalism school in the nation. Throughout my schooling, I trained closely with award-winning photojournalists Rita Reed and David Rees, and I’ve worked with organizations like the Washington Post and USA Today. In my limited spare time, you can find me hiking in the mountains or eating Del Taco.

My goal in every session or wedding is to create a low stress, enjoyable experience where even if you aren't that into getting photographed, like myself, you can still have fun. Weddings are not a copy and paste experience. Each couple (and their guests) are extremely unique. You all have different views, opinions, and styles. Because of this, I spend a ridiculous amount of time getting to know you on a personal level. The experiences we share together are real and I vibe off your collective energy.
