The majestic wood and wrought-iron staircase inside the estate makes for a grand entrance before you stroll outside to the flagstone path to the wooded glen to say “I do” in front of family and friends. Strung with a canopy of twinkling string lights, the rustic pergola is the perfect frame for the photos the two of you will cherish for a lifetime.

Beautiful venue, great service
From the moment we booked Wildwood Inn for our wedding, Kaleigh and the rest of the team provided prompt, hospitable, and flexible service every step of the way. The venue itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely convenient for our guests with the hotel rooms onsite. Our guests raved about the gorgeous space and all the little details that made our day so special. Kaleigh went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, ensuring our wedding day was exactly as we had envisioned. The value Wildwood Inn offered was unbeatable, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. We highly recommend Wildwood Inn to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding experience.

Kaleigh, Tabitha and Zach were AMAZING!!! The wedding day went so smooth thanks to these 3. I would hightly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a venue. Zach worked what felt like around the clock all weekend. He was so nice and respectful-he made our stay truly special. Kaleigh made this so easy for us. She knows what she is doing and it shows. Tabitha was a rockstar and made sure the ceremony and reception flowed perfectly. I can not express how amazing our wedding was thanks to this Team. We are still talking about it even after two weeks. Big Thanks to them all!!

My wedding at the Wildwood Inn was absolutely perfect. From the moment I saw the venue, I fell in love. Kaleigh was our planner, and she pulled everything off as smooth as butter! We had a completely stress-free day. Everything was gorgeous and went off without a hitch! I'm so grateful to Kaleigh and all the staff for making our night so magical.

We got married a little over a week ago at the Wildwood Inn, and I cannot say enough about how obsessed I am with the venue and about how wonderful everyone was throughout the entire process. The Wildwood Inn was the first venue I looked at when planning our wedding, and it was the last because, frankly, I couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to celebrate. The ability to stay in the 14 guest rooms was a highlight for us, as most of our guests were from out of town, and on top of being a nice gesture to some of those guests, it also allowed us the opportunity to visit with them further after the wedding without having to move to a bar for an after-party. The ceremony space is perfect for anyone having a smaller, more intimate wedding (we had just under 60 guests), and the pergola and string lights lent it an ethereal feel for our evening ceremony. We haven’t gotten our pictures yet, but since we forgot to make an unplugged ceremony announcement (oops!), we have some photos from guests that tell me our professional pictures are going to be beautiful on this backdrop. The reception took place in the dining area, and we opted to keep the bar out on the patio, which allowed us enough space to keep the dance floor inside (rather than moving it to the patio, which was the alternative option for larger parties). With six round tables (seating 10 each) , the dance floor was big enough to fit everyone who wanted to boogie but not so big that you felt like you were dancing in the open! Our coordinator, Madison, kept everyone to task, helped to fix my bustle when I kept tripping, and made sure we didn’t miss out on any of the food (she pre-packed some desserts and left them in our room). She also made sure a guest could get a last-minute lactose-free meal, made sure we got our custom drink glasses on our table, and helped with numerous other requests! The planning process was a breeze (especially compared to what many other brides seem to experience)! Kaleigh, our planner, was great to work with and answered all of my spur-of-the-moment questions promptly. My initial concern in picking an all-inclusive venue was that I had less control over each individual element. And it’s true that I probably spoke for 45 minutes cumulatively with the floral team, 20 minutes with the photographer, 10 minutes with the DJ, and only sent over info pictures for the cake. Even with Kaleigh, I probably had a total of three hours of face-to-face time. HOWEVER, each of those meetings was purpose-driven and structured to get the answers they needed without wasting your time, and I was so incredibly excited to see how wonderfully my vision came together on the day of…the florals, food, decor, music, EVERYTHING was perfect. If I have one critique, it’s that we weren’t able to get into the venue until 3:00pm for our 5:00 ceremony and so getting ready & doing our first look felt a little rushed. That said, if you’re looking, like I was, for a low-stress wedding and a beautiful place to have it, Wildwood Inn is your place!!
