About this venue

As a full-service venue, we offer in-house catering, rentals, and several unique locations for your big day! Our beautifully renovated Ballroom was designed with you in mind—it provides a blank canvas to transform into whatever vision you love (and has beautiful local reclaimed wooden floors)! For outdoor ceremony, we have two beautiful options. The first is on the 10th tee. This location overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

The Club at Glenmore did an absolutely amazing job with our Rehearsal Dinner! From the initial contact, to the event planning, to the actual event, everything went smoothly. The actual event was so perfectly put together. The room? Perfectly arranged. The decor? Just beautiful. The food? Simply scrumptious! From the turn into the entrance, to the gently winding drive to the Clubhouse, to the view from the Clubhouse deck, oh my gosh, everything was magically enchanting. Our guests were amazed and their positive feedback overwhelmed us. Kim’s planning assistance was so very beneficial and she made sure everything was just perfect throughout the event. Similarly, Enrique, Vicente and Vicente Jr attended to our every need. We are so grateful for their collective assistance. We recently hosted our daughter's wedding welcome party at The Club at Glenmore in their outside gazebo. It was just truly exceptional! The venue's stunning views, elegant atmosphere, and impeccable service created an unforgettable experience. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring every detail was handled. Guests couldn't stop raving about the beautiful setting, cozy fire pits, and delicious food. I would also like to make a shout out to Kim Hayden for being the absolute best and treated us with such kindness. From start to finish, the event was seamless, making it the perfect start to our wedding weekend. Highly recommend The Club at Glenmore for your special occasion.

Kim Hayden was amazing to work with. Kim thought of (and remembered) every detail I told her. She was 100% on board with my vision and made it happen. I was able to use my own china which I had collected for my special day. We got married on the 10th Green, had the cocktail hour under the Pavilion and then our reception was in the Ballroom. The Glenmore had a champagne wall for my use, linens, lanterns, bars, and even candle holders. We added some of our own touches, but Glenmore is full service. From the prosecco wall, the the lighted hedge behind our cake, to putting our printed menus in the perfect spot. Our wedding was perfection. The views are phenomenal. The food was delicious - we served buffet style to make sue of my china and the kitchen did it all right. We had plated salads (tomato and mozzarella) then buffet steak, shrimp in grits, gnocchi with vegetables, roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was amazing. The Glenmore was so accommodating. They let us add a sparkling rose and rose to our wine choices - which felt so right with our theme. They had a hedge to put behind our cake table, which we added a personalized sign to, flowers and fairy lights. Glenmore let us have a photo booth in the ball room lobby, and we used their gorgeous farm tables to set out framed photos and favors. I had the absolute best time at my wedding. I highly recommend the Glenmore as a venue. It has gorgeous views, super friendly staff, they are diligent and 100% know how to throw a wedding. I have no regrets entrusted them with my special day and I have the absolute best memories. Thank you Kim and Molly!

We held my son's rehearsal dinner here in October 2024, and from start to finish, we were thrilled with the venue, the food, and the staff. Kim, the event coordinator, made sure that everything went exactly as we had envisioned it, and all of the guests were complimentary of the beautiful view and the wonderful dinner. Thank you for making this such a special event for us!
