Centrally located in downtown, our open-concept floor plan has 6,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space with natural light and connectivity to the vibrant food hall, the Dairy Market. The contemporary event spaces include: The Colthurst Gallery – a dedicated bar and pre-function area featuring local artists. The Elliott – an intimate event space, perfect for smaller dinners and social functions. Can also be combined with The Registry for expanded seating. The Registry – a larger event space, for special events and receptions. The Brick Cellar at Dairy Market has over 6,000 sq. ft. of event space, which includes a built-in bar, private restrooms, and a catering kitchen.

The complete Brick Cellar, or the entire lower level, is available for rent and can host wedding receptions, engagement and welcome parties, and large rehearsal dinners.
