Beware

This is a review specifically for Beth as we did not work with Tatiana directly. To make a long story short there were a lot of miscommunications and lack of preparedness and organization that were quite palpable throughout the day. Her communication with our music entertainment through email THE DAY OF thinking that would suffice over a direct phone call or text still makes me scratch my head. Hearing about her interactions with the bridal party and our family members after our wedding also made it obvious that she was flustered and/or spoke to them almost like it was not an adult to an adult conversation. When I spoke to Tatiana about our experience she seemed to agree that Beth had her shortcomings that day but also that we the couple were also at fault because we were being "wishywashy". As a coordinator, I would think that the main role was to COORDINATE and pivot when unplanned situations occur. Looking back, our day was great because we had awesome bridal and groom parties that were able to smooth things out behind the scenes. I guess if you work with this business please know exactly what you want and don't even think about making any changes concerning an event that you're spending thousands of dollars on.
