Chapel Room

Your plan B ceremony location can be beautiful too!

The Chapel Room is completely separate from the reception area and is an easy solution should your outdoor ceremony need to be moved indoors due to inclement weather. It is also a beautiful spot for winter ceremonies! This room can also be used for a pre-ceremony gathering space or a fun cocktail hour.

Bridal Suite

A space to get ready with the gals

The bridal suite includes all the important things a bride needs to get ready – great lighting, mirrors, counter space, outlets for curlers and straighteners, elegant seating, a speaker system to jam all morning and its own heating and cooling unit. Brides have always told us that some of their greatest memories are made right here in the bridal suite as they sip mimosas and spend the morning with their girls, moms and grandmas.

Groom's Man Cave

A relaxing, mancave environment makes a great place for the guys to hang out before the big event

The room includes a foosball table, 5.1 surround sound, a TV, an Xbox hookup, a private restroom, a heating and cooling unit and a minifridge that we stock full of the drinks of the groom’s choice (as long as the future Mrs. says it’s alright!).

Reception Arena

Discover the difference Berry Acres can make in your wedding experience!

Reception services include friendly, experienced event staff, an on-site coordinator, partial setup, 72-inch round tables, white chairs, a variety of linen table cloth and linen napkin color choices and a fire pit with wood provided. Your customized dinner can be served with china, flatware and stemware or disposable ware. Our staff will do complete cleanup and will even help consolidate your décor at the end of the night.
