Our Wedding Day at the Olana

My husband and I got married at the Olana two weeks ago and we can't even begin to describe how magical our day was. From the second we got connected with our wedding planner, Catherine, our experience was seamless. She answered all of our questions, made us feel at ease, and led us through the planning process stress-free. On the big day, Catherine was there to ensure everything ran smoothly as planned and I can't speak highly enough to her professionalism and kindness to my husband and I. She checked in on us often, always making sure we were doing okay, had everything we needed, refilled our drinks, and sang us praises on how beautiful the day turned out. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Catherine and the team at Olana for providing us with an unforgettable day that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! We are so excited to receive our photos and videos and get to relive the day all over again!

The team at The Olana, Hickory Creek was absolutely fabulous to work with. Their communication style was great - they were extremely proactive in answering all of our questions and ensuring every detail was communicated perfectly. The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and truly special. As a member of the wedding party, I got to see the behind-the-scenes work they did, and Melissa in particular was an absolute rockstar in making sure everything ran smoothly. When I get married in the future, I would love to fly Melissa out to Boston to help plan my wedding!

We had the pleasure of virtually touring The Olana with Calla Hamlin. She is very responsive and always available to help. The venue looked beautiful but we ultimately wanted to go with a venue closer to where we live. Calla was very patient with us and understood.
