“Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop :) Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! “We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! “My wife and I came to Kelsey with a big challenge: Help us turn our family's private property into the perfect wedding venue - and use as many hyper-local vendors as possible. Kelsey jumped right in, making herself available for crucial site visits, identifying vendors as local as possible to the location (also our home tome) to fulfill the long list of things we needed to pull this off, and left us with little to worry about throughout. Kelsey was proactive in communicating, anticipating things we needed before we did (like a true pro), and provided multiple options for us to choose from. When we needed to go back to the drawing board, Kelsey took the feedback really well and quickly got us moving forward again. One example of how awesome Kelsey is as a planner and day-of coordinator is how she planned and handled our complex transport logistics. The venue was a remote farm-like property up a steep, winding, single lane road with no lighting and minimal parking. As such, we needed to shuttle guests to the venue. Furthermore, the ceremony site was up a steep hill in nearby pasture, with only a dirt road for access. Kelsey quickly identified a shuttle vendor that could handle the task and worked with them to ensure it could happen. She worked on the shuttle schedule and timing so much, we had things timed to the minute. This was personally the single most anxiety inducing aspect of our day, and Kelsey made me feel confident and helped me focus on enjoying the day itself. Of course, all shuttling went off without a hitch, and the guests were really impressed with the organization. Finally, when we made a last minute (literally week before) decision to look for a videographer, Kelsey not only found us a fantastic videographer team, but got us a great deal, with extra coverage time and drone footage. I highly recommend Kelsey as both a planner and day-of organizer. You couldn't be in better hands.”

We are a family-owned and operated business. CDE was born after many requests from friends and family to offer our love for hosting events to a service we can provide to others. The CDE squad has planned intimate affairs for 10 guests to more elaborate weddings for 500 guests.

“Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!”

“Julia was our day-of coordinator and she is someone you can rely on and know that she and her team will have your back. There are a lot of wins from our wedding that we know couldn’t have happened without Julia and her team. 1. Perfect set up and break down: For our wedding, we had a lot of detailed DIY set ups and fragile arrangements which Julia and her team were able to oversee, set up, and break down for us which was incredibly important to us – we didn’t break or lose one of our items, and finished all within our allotted hour time frame. From DIY centerpiece florals, to DIY acrylic everything – to our own slideshow and long bar set ups – it was exactly to our vision. 2. Above and beyond with our fur-children: You can count on Julia to also take on all sorts of requests for your big day. We had our 5 dogs in the ceremony which was a critical part for us and her team was able to make that happen despite the extra logistical lifts and practice. 3. Timing: the dress rehearsal Julia led was incredibly helpful to the wedding party and officiant that it set us up for success that on the actual wedding, we started ON TIME and had buffer time for any set backs or emergencies. She was also great at guiding our guests in a swift manner to the ceremony and then the reception room despite the open bar 4. Fun: Although we hired Julia and her team for only the day-of, we felt like when they were with our families, wedding party, and guests, that they were part of our group – they were friendly, social, polite, and incredibly professional. We needed Julia and her team on the day of our wedding, we just didn’t realize and appreciate it even more so until the day-of. She works harder than anyone and goes above and beyond to make your vision come alive. Yet on our wedding weekend, she and her whole team made everything look totally effortless!! They were the picture of calm and brought the most warm and positive energy that our guests just fed off. Everything was so, so well coordinated and we felt we could just trust the Faye Fern team to do their job. They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.”

“Since hiring Sanford from day one (6 months before Ceremony) he has always kept in communication via email and zoom. He asked my husband and I our ideal Ceremony style. Her ability to stay calm during all the ups & downs and changed minds about wedding planning was key to helping us stay on track throughout our two year wedding planning journey. She was there for us at the start and was able to guide us back to our initial goals of having a kickass San Francisco wedding. She organized our park ceremony seamlessly and had an assistant setting up at the restaurant where we had our reception while we bopped around the city on a double decker trolley (shout out Nationwide Limo), showing our guests the best of the city.
