Eli was absolutely amazing as my day-of wedding coordinator! She met with me a month before the wedding to review every little detail and then completely took over vendor communication, which took a huge load off my shoulders. Eli was there every step of the way—at the rehearsal and all throughout the wedding day itself—and her support made everything run smoothly. She handled everything with such professionalism and grace, and her assistant Stacy was also incredibly helpful. Eli is super nice, always helpful, and truly a life-saver. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event. She made my day stress-free and perfect!

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. Everyone was telling me that as the bride I had to enjoy my wedding day, but all I could think about was “I need to make sure everything goes exactly the way I’ve been planning it for the last year and a half”. That’s when I knew I needed a day of coordinator. I came across Star Rose Creations and I’m SO happy that I did. Miranda and Kylie are absolutely gems!! They are both so professional, caring, and understanding. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting, to creating timelines for the day of, to making sure that everything was setup the way my floor plan showed, to handling the vendors, to making sure we kept on schedule for the ceremony and reception… I mean they handled it all! And most importantly, they kept me smiling which helped to keep my tears at bay on the happiest day of my life! I can’t tell you how happy I was to have them both there on our wedding day! Even our bridal party talked about them after our wedding and how impressed they were that Miranda and Kylie were so attentive to my husband and I. Working with Angie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband, mom, and I often talked about how incredible she was and how we couldn’t believe we thought we could plan the wedding without her! We started planning on our own for the first year and then brought Angie on for the final three months—it was completely worth the investment (in hindsight, I wish we had hired her sooner). Angie is beyond generous with her time. Our weekly meetings, scheduled for an hour, often extended to two, and not once did she make us feel rushed. Her entire approach is so thoughtful—she took the time to really get to know us and our families, and she truly understood our vibe. Then, she took everything to the next level, suggesting creative touches we’d never have thought of, like turning our seating chart into a map of NYC with table names for different neighborhoods! One of the biggest reliefs was having Angie coordinate directly with all of our vendors. She worked with everyone—our venue (Tavern on the Green), rehearsal dinner and brunch venues, hotel, hair and makeup teams, band, photographer, and baker—meaning we didn’t have to manage any of that ourselves. She even managed our payment schedule, which was such a huge help. Angie was always full of great ideas, and she didn’t just come up with them—she would go ahead and make them happen! From printing all of our signage to supplying candles, photo frames, and even ring boxes, she has everything you need. Her calm, empathetic nature and fantastic listening skills made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Honestly, we were so sad when the wedding ended because it meant no more weekly calls with Angie! If you’re even considering working with her, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gem!

Erica at One 15 Events is beyond amazing. I loved her from our initial call and she was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She kept me organized, let me know what I needed to do before our next check in. She kept me sane throughout the process and offered so many wonderful suggestions. Erica also gave us 4 vendor recommendations and we wound up using some. She coordinated the timeline and the vendors and made sure everyone worked well together. The day of the wedding, she took care of everything. All I had to do was give her the items to set up and she and her assistant, Katie, took care of everything. She also answered all of my mom's questions and handled her concerns (which were many). Erica handled the family photos and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. We couldn’t have pulled off our special day without Janet as our day-of coordinator. In the months leading up to our wedding, Janet was in constant communication with me and made a point to check-in to make sure I was feeling stress free throughout the duration of the planning process. She answered my texts any time of day or night! Janet’s close attention to details, ideas, patience and hard work are what sets her apart from the rest. I showed her pictures of what I envisioned for my décor on the big day and she executed flawlessly. I didn’t think it was possible, but she brought my ideas to life even better than I could have expected. It was a HUGE sigh of relief arriving to the venue and seeing all of the décor, tables, and miscellaneous items set up hours before our ceremony was set to begin. Throughout the evening, Janet made sure to see that I was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in my hand. She worked exceptionally well with the wedding party and the other vendors I had hired and made sure that the night flowed smoothly. Even if you’re doing DIY décor, florals, etc. like I did and think you don’t need a day-of coordinator, I’m here to tell you that you absolutely DO. Our day would not have went as smoothly as it did without the support of our amazing coordinator, Janet. Nicole truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable, and we're so grateful for all of her hard work ensuring everything was taken care of! As a Type-A bride, I was extremely nervous about all of the details coming together- especially since we were getting married at a raw space venue, meaning EVERYTHING (down to the glassware, tables/chairs, even garbage cans) needed to be rented & brought in. Nicole & her team took full control of all the contracts & vendor communications starting the month before the wedding. While building our day-of timeline, Nicole made sure to include every last detail including when vendors needed to arrive, where they had to be, and provided checklists to ensure that everything was accounted for. She acted as the point of contact for all vendors so no one was contacting me the morning of the wedding- which was a dream! Not only did she do a fabulous job managing the timeline and overseeing set-up, but she did a great job of shielding me from the issues so I wouldn't stress about anything. She was there for me in every way, gf was even re-doing my lipgloss in between pictures! P.U.N.D Designs was a great wedding planning partner for us. We spoke a few times before the wedding to get a timeline and then finalize it. They were life savers on the day of our wedding! Our wedding was outside and it was raining, but they moved decor and furniture around at the last minute to make sure my guests remained dry and comfortable. I cannot recommend P.U.N.D more! They really made sure my wedding day ran smoothly and according to schedule. Even with the weather not being ideal, the day was still amazing and I cannot thank them enough!

Amalia was exactly what I needed to ensure my wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Planning a wedding in 3 months was tough but Amalia kept me organized, was there to bounce ideas off of, created signage for our guest book dessert table and card box, and helped tremendously the day of the wedding. When I would get overwhelmed Amalia would schedule a zoom call to check in and help where needed. Amalia and Jenna were perfect day of coordinators and helped set up our dessert table, set up all centerpieces, set up florals and made sure everything ran smoothly. I truly don’t know how I would have pulled everything off without their help. Would highly recommend using their services to make wedding planning easier and have peace of mind the day of your wedding!!

We could not have pulled off our wedding without Laurie and Lina!! Their expertise and guidance from the very beginning made the planning process go so much smoother. We made things more difficult for ourselves by "breaking the script" (hiring a DIY venue and 2 food trucks to supply the dinner) but Laurie and Lina helped us navigate it all. They were the perfect buffers when it came to unresponsive or uncooperative vendors. On the day of the wedding, we got SO many compliments about how nice our planners are and how beautiful everything was. Towards the end of the planning process we were messaging Laurie almost every day and she always had the best attitude and sense of humor! Lina helped the day come to life and even provided the floral services through her company, Floral Soiree. She took my photo inspiration and pulled together the most gorgeous arrangements that exceeded my expectations! All in all, we owe everything to Nomade Weddings. I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly.
