Any questions, requests, or info I needed was answered and addressed so quickly and efficiently, and it really makes the entire wedding planning process just that much easier. All our favorite songs playing throughout our wedding at key moments like our ceremony, reception, and first dance made the event feel so dreamy and cinematic, and I can’t thank Rob and Jordan enough for making our event so memorable. We also booked our photo booth (Feature Booth) through them, and it was the same amazing communication and day of execution. As a graphic designer, I wanted to customize the text around the photo to give it a little bit of a special touch, and they were able to accommodate this and send me a digital preview as well. They definitely know what they’re doing at Second Song and definitely a team I would recommend to couples for their upcoming weddings!

A wedding is a grueling process and I remember at the end of the night my husband and I found ourselves kind of sad looking at Seth. It was like we were breaking up with him, he was our first vendor and to contact each other for almost a year and a half it was a sad moment. For me as a bride he was like my best friend I vent to and basically took my coordinator role. He calmed me when this went south (postponement of the wedding and my original coordinator dropped out a month left of the wedding) and for my husband... he vibes with Seth through Seth's music. My husband is SO PICKY with our wants and needs as a DJ and Seth swept him away just by listening to his mixes. My husband says his transitions from song to song is smooth and song selections are on point. Then after taking to him we were sold! The most genuine person you will ever meet, he does this for the love of music and it shows. He works hard to make it easy for you, is on top of things, responsive to all e-mails, and takes his time. He does so much more for your buck and we made sure he knew that! Also we have been coordinating everything out of state, so he takes the time to make sure he can fit himself in my almost impossible work/life schedule (working out of the house for more than 12 hrs) we I truly appreciate. So in short BOOK HIM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME INQUIRING SOMEONE ELSE because if I could (because we live out of state) I would book him over and over again! What I really need him to do is live here in LV so I can book him over and over again!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and Claudio Cakes! I found Gabby on Zola while planning our 120-person wedding. Though I reached out to other bakers, Gabby stood out with her variety of items, designs, and services. I am an indecisive person, so when I contacted Gabby, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted: a small cake and a dessert table. Gabby’s excellent communication skills helped us find exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with her creativity. Gabby met with us for a tasting, where we got to try an impressive selection of cake combinations. From what I recall, she offered more choices than any other baker we considered. While we aren’t typically cake people, every single thing we tasted was absolutely delicious. Our wedding was in Ventura County, and Gabby was able to provide delivery from LA. Our wedding started later than usual, and Gabby was flexible with a later delivery time, which was a huge help since our wedding was outdoors—we didn’t want desserts melting before the reception started. Even our coordinator mentioned how great this was since it’s not a standard service. In the end, we ordered around 19 dozen assorted pastries and a small cake for photos. The desserts were such a hit that they were gone almost immediately, and even months later, guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Some even mentioned being disappointed they didn’t get to try anything because the treats disappeared so quickly. Throughout the whole process, Gabby was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated flawlessly. I truly wish all my vendors were as amazing as her. I highly, highly recommend Gabby, and I’m just waiting for another event to work with her again. Thank you so much, Gabby, for making our day so dreamy!

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

We’ve been lucky to know and work with Randall for a few years. When we finally decided to make things “official” we knew we wanted someone that does great work, that we trust, and would make us feel comfortable. We wanted our day to feel like a relaxed family event and Randall helped with that and so much more. He suggested possible locations that would meet our dream event and times to maximize the best lighting for the area. Once we settled on the location and date, he maintained excellent communication in preparation to the event to properly flesh out the day’s timetable, day of logistics, and post. On the day of our wedding he expertly directed us and our families, using the natural lighting to capture the perfect shots. We would have been lost without him, especially since no one knew how to assist with bustling my dress. During our dinner reception he seamlessly directed restaurant staff to assist in transitioning between meals/dessert/toast for more amazing shots. After the wedding he kept us updated on next steps for our pictures. Randall is truly a gem and I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone special to capture their day.

Can't say enough about the quality of James's work, his attention to detail, his professionalism, and curating the best dance party experience at our wedding!! From start to finish he was extremely prepared and provided us with all the materials needed to organize the music and run of show. As both DJ and MC, James truly went the extra mile to make our day run seamlessly, and made us feel so special. He was even accommodating to our last minute music requests and was very patient with us. In addition to being extremely professional, prepared, and organized, he is such a down-to-earth and kind, genuine person. He even captured some videos of our first dance and grand entrance that we wouldn't have had otherwise because we didn't have a videographer. This was so thoughtful and truly above and beyond! DJ Trey is THE BEST DJ!!! I wish we had even more time on the dance floor to keep letting him mix because he’s a genuinely fantastic DJ! Not just a DJ who sets up an iPhone or Spotify and lets it ride mindlessly, but a DJ who reads the crowd, takes input from the bride and groom, and uses his skill and best judgement to provide music that gets everyone on the dance floor. Literally everyone at our wedding was on their feet for dancing and loved all the music DJ Trey played! My partner and I’s venue search ended the second we ascended in the historical elevator to the penthouse of the James Oviatt Building. The Oviatt venue is a multifaceted piece of beautiful Art Deco history that lends itself well to whatever event you are trying to throw. In our case, they hosted our wedding. We will forever be grateful for their immense care and kindness leading up to, on, and after the big day. We met the President Gabe first, who had his own wedding at this venue before he managed it. He made us feel right at home and answered every question we could muster. Our one hour showing turned into a two and a half hour conversation where his care and passion for the venue and his clients became very clear. We felt a connection right away. He shared a wealth of great advise and reassurances and gave us an impeccable pool of preferred vendors. We were sold in minutes. Every event is different, but my partner and I did not feel the space needed any help to become beautiful. The architectural art of the space is breathtaking and unique from the valet area outside of the Cicada Club all the way to the terrace. We saved a fortune on a florist. Who needs one when everything is already so classy? Speaking of class, the Director of Events Lindsey took point on execution and was our resource during the planning process. I as an individual am not the most communicative. I needed someone with that attention to detail and she delivered. After giving her all the venue required specifications (seating chart, insurances, etc,) two conversations was all it took for her to equip the venue with everything it needed and make it gorgeous. It seemed effortless for her. Not a spec of dust or dirt to be seen and the staff was respectful, efficient, and welcoming. I had a panic attack because I forgot to ask them for valet and she was able to get her people on it without issue the same week as the wedding. (Don’t be like me, but that is a perfect example of how on top of it they are.) They had EVERYTHING we could have wanted for a downtown metropolitan wedding and then some. If they didn’t have it? They knew exactly where to refer you. One of my personal favorite features was their completely customizable LED lighting strips on the hedges that lined either side of the rooftop. We had them a bright warm light for dinner and then a cycle of rainbow colors for dancing. They are inclusive and welcoming to any and all who come to visit. We felt valued, respected, and well cared for. It truly was the best day of our lives and we owe it all to The Oviatt. I implore to to reach out to them. I can say with certainty that you won’t be disappointed and whatever it is you are planning will become a memorable experience unlike any other.

Dolores' Restaurant was the training ground for "back of the house”, kitchens, serving and management skills. From there, she opened a family floral shop in Playa del Rey.

Dana and her team was amazing. I was planning my mom's 80th birthday weekend in Los Angeles from Chicago. We had a dinner at a hotel one night and a brunch the next day. Dana helped with both. She and her team took our vision and executed it perfectly (and it was a unique vision) and with elegance. She was conscious of cost and had great communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had the pleasure of having The Moon Units perform at our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! We enjoyed working with Dylan, he was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to our big day, Dylan and the band were very professional, helping us sort out all the specific details well in advance. One of the highlights was when they specially learned a song for our first dance. It was such a personal touch that made the moment unforgettable. They also performed a beautiful acoustic rendition of "Can't Help Falling in Love" for our ceremony, which was perfect. They kept the energy high and the good vibes all night long. They curated a great set list for us and played a wonderful mix of oldies, classic rock hits, and modern pop that we and our guests loved. We can't recommend The Moon Units enough. A little back story. My fiance at the time had a bad falling out with a photography company. They were not willing to perform the services how we requested and so with almost 3 weeks until the wedding I was lost. My fiance at the time had a friend who had recently got married and reached out to him for the contact info. Insert A + M Badillo. They were AMAZING from the start! Wonderful communication and helped put my anxiety to ease with their work. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they were spot on! Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time and took some amazing shots! I could not be happier! Now that we have recieved our photos back, people are raving about them, asking when I will send them the link so they can make copies! When we got our thumbdrive, our expectations flew through the roof yet again! They went above and beyond with a personal box with our last name burned into it and some gifts along with the thumb drive. They do not do the minimum at all and work together as the perfect pair when capturing your big day! 1000% recommend them and will refer anyone and everyone who needs a photographer to them! I can not express how much I appreciate Stephen's work for our wedding (but I'll give it a try). From the first time we met, I could tell he was exactly what I was looking for. Someone who could take a group of dorky introverts and make them look like the stars of the show without making us feel silly or stressed. On the day of our wedding, he was able to keep up with our crazy huge wedding party and fast paced timeline. He was a hit with my family, my grandmother is still talking about how sweet he was and what a great job he did. After the wedding he took a couple weeks to edit the photos( a very quick turnaround in my opinion). I was absolutely dazzled. The moments he was able to capture will be celebrated in the family album for decades. I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

For our wedding experience, my husband and I were looking for a photographer that specialized in candids— someone who was focused on capturing natural moments versus the formal, posed ones. Gabbie delivered. She photographed our at-home engagement session, our typhoon-ridden wedding day, and threw in a post-wedding session for free due to circumstances out of our control on the wedding day. Our venue was not prepared for the day to be rained out, so there was minor chaos that I learned of after the fact. Gabbie and her second shooter never let on to any mishaps or miscommunications on the venue’s behalf and fought through the absolute freezing rain with us all day. We deeply cherish all of the photos she took… from us dancing together in the kitchen of our first home, to us bundled up under an umbrella, kissing in the rain after the ceremony, to priceless images of our friends and family breaking it down on the dance floor at the reception, and to the bridal portraits she took of us months after the wedding when she wasn’t satisfied with what we were able to get on the actual wedding day. She was most amazing on the day of the event, my wife is Filipina and a few of her bridesmaids were going on “Philippino Time”, Joy never got flustered she adjusted on the fly, worked seamlessly with our photographer who need “20 more minutes “ for some some additional photos. She adjusted everything and we completed all the things we wanted done before the reception ended. I cannot recommend her services more and can guarantee she will meet all your needs for your event. I started my business in 2019 . Knowing that I wanted to do something with flowers and share love , one pedal at a time . Soon after I went on a Holiday to Spain and everything clicked after attending a European Wedding , “This is it “ . I can design weddings and share my love through each pedal with our Designs. I now get to share what I’m truly passionate about and show the love that I have for florals with you . We make your dream come true by turning each pedal into your own dream wedding .

Maria's Little Garden was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, Maria was quick to respond to our inquiries and easy to communicate with, making the process seamless. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements were beautifully designed with great attention to detail and perfectly captured the color theme we had requested. Maria even went above and beyond, helping to set up flowers for a pre-wedding event at my parents' house as well as the church and reception. Despite having a tight one-hour window to transform the church and then move to the reception venue, Maria and her team executed flawlessly, ensuring everything looked stunning. We received so many compliments on the flowers and could not have been happier with Maria's Little Garden's services. Highly recommended!
