I am glad you found us and are considering us for your special day. My name is Chef Gabriela Claudio. But everyone calls me Gabby! I am a certified pastry chef and instructor, and have been a Home baker since 2015 when i started my small business. I love creating beautiful edible works of art that are unique for your special day.

I focus on creating a beautiful cake for you to share with your loved ones that you will remember for years to come, not only by how it looked but how it tasted! Being a classically trained Chef, I know what ingredients are the best quality and will taste the best. We use 100% real butter, which makes our products melt in your mouth delicious! Everything is freshly made for each order and nothing will ever come from a can or carton ready made. Customer Satisfaction is my main priority and we prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY. We would love to be a part of your special day!!!

    Claudio Cakes was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication through email, text, and phone was always prompt and helpful as we planned the desserts for our special day. The quality of their work was wonderful - they provided a small assortment of cakes and desserts set aside just for us, and were able to accommodate our guests' allergies. The final desserts were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Everyone absolutely loved the macarons. We were very happy with the service and value from Claudio Cakes.

    Claudio Cakes was a wonderful choice for our wedding desserts. Gabriela's communication throughout the process was prompt and was a pleasure to work with. It was easy to just message her what we wanted or if we had any questions. The cake tasting was a highlight, as she offered a great variety of combinations you could choose from. On the day of the wedding, the cakes and desserts looked amazing and tasted even better - our guests raved about how tasty and fresh they were.
