I am glad you found us and are considering us for your special day. My name is Chef Gabriela Claudio. But everyone calls me Gabby! I am a certified pastry chef and instructor, and have been a Home baker since 2015 when i started my small business. I love creating beautiful edible works of art that are unique for your special day.

I focus on creating a beautiful cake for you to share with your loved ones that you will remember for years to come, not only by how it looked but how it tasted! Being a classically trained Chef, I know what ingredients are the best quality and will taste the best. We use 100% real butter, which makes our products melt in your mouth delicious! Everything is freshly made for each order and nothing will ever come from a can or carton ready made. Customer Satisfaction is my main priority and we prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY. We would love to be a part of your special day!!!

Claudio Cakes was a wonderful choice for our wedding cake. From the beginning, their communication was fast and easy, which was a relief as we planned our big day. While we left our cake order a bit last minute, they were able to accommodate us and provide a fair value for their work. On the day of our wedding, they made sure the cake was delivered on time, and even left us a lovely message in the guest book - a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. As long-time loyal customers of Claudio Cakes, we couldn't have been happier with how they contributed to making our special day perfect.

Claudio Cakes was a wonderful choice for our wedding desserts. Gabriela's communication throughout the process was prompt and was a pleasure to work with. It was easy to just message her what we wanted or if we had any questions. The cake tasting was a highlight, as she offered a great variety of combinations you could choose from. On the day of the wedding, the cakes and desserts looked amazing and tasted even better - our guests raved about how tasty and fresh they were. She was flexible in working with us to create the perfect desserts for our special day. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and Claudio Cakes! I found Gabby on Zola while planning our 120-person wedding. Though I reached out to other bakers, Gabby stood out with her variety of items, designs, and services. I am an indecisive person, so when I contacted Gabby, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted: a small cake and a dessert table. Gabby’s excellent communication skills helped us find exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with her creativity. Gabby met with us for a tasting, where we got to try an impressive selection of cake combinations. From what I recall, she offered more choices than any other baker we considered. While we aren’t typically cake people, every single thing we tasted was absolutely delicious. Our wedding was in Ventura County, and Gabby was able to provide delivery from LA. Our wedding started later than usual, and Gabby was flexible with a later delivery time, which was a huge help since our wedding was outdoors—we didn’t want desserts melting before the reception started. Even our coordinator mentioned how great this was since it’s not a standard service. In the end, we ordered around 19 dozen assorted pastries and a small cake for photos. The desserts were such a hit that they were gone almost immediately, and even months later, guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Some even mentioned being disappointed they didn’t get to try anything because the treats disappeared so quickly. Throughout the whole process, Gabby was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated flawlessly. I truly wish all my vendors were as amazing as her. I highly, highly recommend Gabby, and I’m just waiting for another event to work with her again. Thank you so much, Gabby, for making our day so dreamy!
