Something's Blooming is a wedding and special occasion florist in the LA area committed to designing art-forward floral designs that tell the stories of our clients. We specialize in whimsical, garden-inspired designs and are known for our unique, wearable floral designs (check out our floral tattoos!) We love outside-the-box thinkers, art lovers, kind and inquisitive types who are easy to talk to and people who march to the beat of their own drum! We are LGBTQ owned & operated and use sustainable practices. Our favorite part of doing weddings is taking that one inspo image and finding ways to reinvent it into every element of an event.

Love Story in Flowers
Michelle's floral design brought our love story to life. She is a true master of her craft. Her understanding of design, and I mean true design (placement, weight, balance, materials, etc) created the wedding floral design of our dreams. She’s the kind of artist who listens to your vision and elevates it tenfold. I wish I could get married all over again just to work with Michelle.
Can’t recommend Something’s Blooming enough!
Michelle was such a delight to work with, and the entire Something’s Blooming team really went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. Creating the vision for our wedding florals with Michelle was so much fun because she took all our wacky ideas and ran with them, and we really appreciate how many personal details she incorporated into her designs. I knew that I wanted animal skulls included in the centerpieces and my bouquet, and upon hearing this Michelle didn’t even bat an eye! We also heard many people raving about the pocket square boutonnières our groomsmen wore- they were absolutely stunning, and the groomsmen appreciated that they were much easier to put on/manage than traditional boutonnières. In addition to creating the most beautiful floral designs we ever could’ve imagined, we heard from many family members and members of the wedding party that Michelle and her team were incredibly personable and that they enjoyed talking to them while receiving their boutonnières, corsages, etc. After communicating with Michelle for several months leading up to the wedding, we of course knew this would be the case! We cannot recommend Something’s Blooming enough, not only for the outstanding floral designs but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere the team brings to every wedding.

We were incredibly thrilled with the floral arrangements from Something's Blooming for our wedding! From start to finish, Michelle and her team truly exceeded our expectations. Two years ago, we had the good fortune of meeting her when she did my sister's wedding. It was absolutely stunning so we knew we were in good hands. I appreciated that Michelle took the time to understand our vision and listened to all of our ideas and preferences, while also offering creative suggestions that really enhanced our overall aesthetic. We also got to be part of the floral picking process which was so fun! The entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. On the big day, the flowers were nothing short of breathtaking! The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and ceremony arrangements were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The colors were vibrant, the blooms fresh, and the overall look was absolutely stunning. Our vision was "if wine and fall could have a baby, that would be our wedding!” and she delivered. Through the color pallet, the variety of flowers & foliage, fantasy pumpkins, and lanterns, our concept was brought to life. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how gorgeous everything was! Their attention to detail was impeccable — from the intricately crafted pocket square for the groom and ring bearer to the lush arrangements at the altar. Everything was perfect. We were deeply appreciative of how seamless the delivery, ceremony setup, and transition to reception went. It felt like magic seeing it all come to life. Both my husband and I work in the entertainment industry ourselves and we know how much work goes into weddings. Knowing we had professionals handling this part of the process allowed us to sit back and enjoy the day. If you're looking for a florist who truly understands your vision and delivers stunning, high-quality flowers, we highly recommend Somethings Blooming. They made our wedding day feel even more magical! Thank you again for making our wedding day so special!
Beautiful Floral Designs
I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her team! Michelle was the very first vendor we hired, and she was there for us and helped to guide and support us through the entire process, and I trusted her completely to bring our vision to life. I felt that she really cared about us as a couple, and that care was evident in the work that she and her team did on our wedding day. Our florals were gorgeous, and I received numerous compliments from guests both during and after the wedding. Her team did such a great job with set up and clean up, and they went above and beyond for our big day. We loved working with her!
