I had worked previously with Stephen, and loved his work so much that when I was looking for a photographer for our wedding he was the first person I thought of. I even made him drive out to Arizona for our wedding, and I am so glad that he was happy to do so. :) He was such a great addition to our weekend. He is so nice and easy to work with, and gets along with all of the vendors. Our photos turned out INCREDIBLE. He did such a nice job editing and delivering photos that truly represented our wedding weekend. I've never seen a photographer who can capture emotion like Stephen can. I am really not a fan of the light and airy wedding photography styles that are popular now, and Stephen is the antithesis of this. Stephen's photos are vivid, have personality, seriously capture the moment, are unforgettable, classic and a little bit artsy. He has such a way with color and framing. I can't sing his praises enough.

The ceremony took place in a church and Joey was very respectful of the rules in place. The wedding day was unseasonably hot, even for July in the South, but Joey kept a smile on his face and a good attitude throughout the entire day.

We hired Brenda for a small ceremony we had. She was great, she was sweet and I felt comfortable with her which is how I wanted to feel in our photos. She was patient and made the process of taking photos easy. I was amazed when she sent a few example photos the next day..they were all beautiful. I’m so excited to see the rest. Thankfully Brenda knew how to use zoom which was a huge help for us, she was quick to offer help and I appreciated that greatly. Castle Green is one of my favorite venues in Southern California where I work as a wedding photographer. The castle is charming and elegant but also a little spooky and moody. I've had the honor of capturing a number of weddings there of the years and working with Tatiana and her team is always an unmatched experience. The variety of spaces and options are just right, nothing here is overwhelming or stuffy. I've watched so many guests marvel at the distinct Moorish architecture and enjoy the patio and gardens any time of year. Creating art here with couples is always a special experience. Can't say enough good things about Castle Green!

I have worked at the Maxwell House a couple of times, specifically with Reid. He is always professional and clear about the house rules, fees and what exactly is included for an event or wedding. He will bend over backwards for you to try to fullfill your requests. On actual event days, there is an onsite venue coordinator overseeing the venue and is periodcically checking in with the event coordinator. In the times I have worked there, it's been pleasant and organized. There is a very detailed checklist leading up to your event to be sure all is covered and addressed. Highly recommended venue.

We asked for appetizers that matched our ethnic backgrounds and were blown away by the quality. A ceviche, perogi's, mini tacos, and the most gourmet pizza rolls I've ever had grace my tongue. Their team was amazing as well, handling the table/chair setup serving the guests. Everything was spectacular and I could not recommend a better catering team.

We're a Scottish duo living our best lives in Los Angeles! We appreciate unpopular TV shows, all the vegan food, and a good old road trip. But our most favorite thing is our two fur-kids (bunnies!). We are not typical wedding photographers, that is for certain. We go against the usual grain, and that's exactly how we like it to roll. Normal is boring. Well, for us, at least. Not just for the 'wild at heart' and 'free-spirited'. For e v e r y o n e. And we mean it. We don't discriminate. Ever.

We're actually rating The Hendrys one trillion stars out of five because they are "out of this world" amazing photographers and you should stop reading this review and book them ASAP! If you're still reading though, let us break down our perfect experience with them: They were recommended to us by our venue (Valentine DTLA) and we fell in LOVE with them as soon as we saw their website! Their portfolio and "about me" won us over because we were looking for wedding photographers who could capture the in-between moments, do some fun stylized shots, and be just as fun and goofy as we are! We reached out over the website and heard back from them immediately over email. Their super funny, yet professional personality came through and that got us so excited to work with them! They were also open to us asking as many questions as we wanted (especially when it came to the contract), which made us feel even more comfortable! We then got to meet them over ZOOM where we broke down how the day would go, they asked us what kind of pictures we were looking for, and we just got to know each other. We honestly may have become best friends with them as we couldn't stop talking to them about everything and anything for 2 hours. After that, we knew we were gonna be in the best hands, but we could never have ever imagined how perfect they really would be! When it finally came to the wedding day, The Hendrys went above and beyond! They were extremely professional as they kept us on schedule while experimenting with different types of photos (using a Fish Eye Lens, prisms, neon lights, etc.). They knew how to make everything feel super relaxed and fun and just let us do whatever was natural to us no matter what kind of photo it was. While we were losing it over the fact we just got married, The Hendrys just let us take everything in while politely directing us for photos. When we weren't doing staged photos, they were out of sight, but taking stunning photographs of everything that was happening in between. They were like ninjas as they would disappear and then reappear and grab us for the next shoot! It really was so cool! A few weeks after the wedding, we received our photos in record time and they were the COOLEST PHOTOS EVER (which you can see attached to this review)! We cannot thank The Hendrys enough for their hilarious stories, non-stop professionalism, unwavering kindness & selflessness, and being true magicians with their cameras and artistic vision. We couldn't be more grateful for everything that they did and we feel like the luckiest married couple in the world thanks to them! Emblem flowers was such a dream to work with and brought my Springtime floral vision to life for my wedding. Leading up the wedding, Charmain was so enthusiastic and fun to talk to and strategize flowers with, really accommodating and was very conscientious of my restricted budget. I’m pretty particular about design and flowers and she did an amazing job securing the very best flowers of the season, and creating beautiful arrangements. My overall wedding design was very simple and her flowers were the stars of the show. She also gave me advice on other design details and was a springboard for design strategy. I particularly loved my bouquet, which incorporated several of my favorite flowers, along with some beautifully scented ones that made my walk down the aisle even sweeter. The men’s boutonnières were also so surprisingly cute and original, a detail that I would have considered less important (sorry, boys) but were really special. Emblem went above and beyond for my wedding, made the process fun and delivered a beautiful day.

We had a fantastic experience with Second Song and our DJ Jeff Collins for our September 14th wedding. Everyone on the Second Song team (and Rob in particular) was very responsive and communicative. The virtual meeting with DJ Jeff went smoothly, and the shared Google Doc that Second Song provided to track the event details was intuitive and easy to use. Rob and his team helped us make custom cuts of our ceremony music at no additional cost. We also booked our uplights through their team, and they were beautiful. Not only could you select the color, but the lights could also be programmed to cycle through colors for more of a party vibe. I could not recommend DJ Jeff Collins more highly. He was professional and on time, and most importantly, had incredible energy. He hit all of our requests for the evening, both for the dinner portion of the night and the dance party afterwards. He worked seamlessly with our planner and made all of the right announcements at the right time, and a large part of the evening's success was due to his energy and enthusiasm. Thank you Second Song for helping us make our wedding dreams come true! If you are on the market for a wedding DJ (or a DJ for any large event), look no further!

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

We’ve been lucky to know and work with Randall for a few years. When we finally decided to make things “official” we knew we wanted someone that does great work, that we trust, and would make us feel comfortable. We wanted our day to feel like a relaxed family event and Randall helped with that and so much more. He suggested possible locations that would meet our dream event and times to maximize the best lighting for the area. Once we settled on the location and date, he maintained excellent communication in preparation to the event to properly flesh out the day’s timetable, day of logistics, and post. On the day of our wedding he expertly directed us and our families, using the natural lighting to capture the perfect shots. We would have been lost without him, especially since no one knew how to assist with bustling my dress. During our dinner reception he seamlessly directed restaurant staff to assist in transitioning between meals/dessert/toast for more amazing shots. After the wedding he kept us updated on next steps for our pictures. Randall is truly a gem and I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone special to capture their day.

Can't say enough about the quality of James's work, his attention to detail, his professionalism, and curating the best dance party experience at our wedding!! From start to finish he was extremely prepared and provided us with all the materials needed to organize the music and run of show. As both DJ and MC, James truly went the extra mile to make our day run seamlessly, and made us feel so special. He was even accommodating to our last minute music requests and was very patient with us. Gabriella and Claudio Cakes were an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Gabriella was easy to communicate and work with - I showed her the cake that I wanted and she was able to execute my vision perfectly. She is very professional, and the desserts and cakes were delicious with a quality like from a Parisian bakery! My guests loved the cake and desserts. I had so many people asking me where I got my cake from. Claudio Cakes also went above and beyond, coming to my house to do a cake tasting which was super convenient. Their prices are reasonable compared to other places, and I highly recommend them for any special event.
