My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. They are both so professional, caring, and understanding. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting, to creating timelines for the day of, to making sure that everything was setup the way my floor plan showed, to handling the vendors, to making sure we kept on schedule for the ceremony and reception… I mean they handled it all! And most importantly, they kept me smiling which helped to keep my tears at bay on the happiest day of my life! I can’t tell you how happy I was to have them both there on our wedding day! I cannot say enough good things about Kat and her team. The whole wedding planning process really stressed me out a lot from day 1, but Kat put me at ease. Our first phone call felt like I was talking to and old friend, she immediately put me at ease. She helped me see the whole process and how I had nothing to worry about over the next year. Though our package was for 90-days out coordination, she offered to be a helping hand along the way if I needed to share ideas or get advice. Those planning meetings were so helpful and helped Kevin and I feel like we were in a good spot ahead of our big day. She coordinated with our vendors and created a seamless timeline for the day. When it came to the day of, I was so grateful to have Kat, Kait, and Kharisma there to help us out. They made sure the wedding party was exactly where we needed to be and they took care of setting up all of our decor. The only thing we had to worry about was getting married and having the time of our lives! Kat even sewed a button back onto one of our guests jacket when it fell off during the reception. Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. Literally the second after I got engaged, my mom sent me Andi's contact information, which she received from a mutual friend that had high praise praise for Musa Weddings. In a few days, Andi and I had set up a call and were signing a contract to work together. Whereas, the other planners that I contacted never got back to me. From our first conversation on, Andi and her team were a pleasure and joy to work with. They answered every little question we had, always checked in to ask how we were doing when we sounded stressed, was quick to respond, and was extremely organized. I quickly realized that I would've be lost without her. Her team recommended every vendor, created every timeline, kept up on track in our budget, and so much more. It was such a weight off of our shoulders to know that every vendor her team recommended, were people that she worked with consistently, so we knew they were trustworthy and would provide quality services. During the planning process, we had some requests that were really important to us and she made it all come together so seamlessly. On the day of the wedding, she moved everything along, checked in with vendors, kept the group organized, and made sure everything was running smoothly. She even took some BTS photos and videos to share with us that was amazing to see the next day. Her team was there with me the entire day, while Andi organized the vendors and event space, to support me. I feel like normally you hear people talk about at least one thing going wrong, but I never felt that way. The day after our wedding, I woke up being unable to think of a single thing that went wrong. Our day was truly magical and it was all thanks to Musa. Hiring Musa was THE BEST decision I made in my wedding journey and I've told everyone I know since about her and her amazing team!

Dana was essential to our rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone including guests, bridal party, vendors knew where to go and what to do! On the day of our wedding, she put out multiple “fires” due to the rainy & windy weather and also some confusion and issues with our caterer. She made sure all the small details were not forgotten and was always in contact with me about last minute decisions or simply asking if I needed anything throughout the whole day. I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner because I wanted to do everything myself, but I’m so glad we went with Serenity Event Planning! We couldn’t have pulled off our special day without Janet as our day-of coordinator. In the months leading up to our wedding, Janet was in constant communication with me and made a point to check-in to make sure I was feeling stress free throughout the duration of the planning process. She answered my texts any time of day or night! Janet’s close attention to details, ideas, patience and hard work are what sets her apart from the rest. I showed her pictures of what I envisioned for my décor on the big day and she executed flawlessly. I didn’t think it was possible, but she brought my ideas to life even better than I could have expected. It was a HUGE sigh of relief arriving to the venue and seeing all of the décor, tables, and miscellaneous items set up hours before our ceremony was set to begin. Throughout the evening, Janet made sure to see that I was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in my hand. She worked exceptionally well with the wedding party and the other vendors I had hired and made sure that the night flowed smoothly. Even if you’re doing DIY décor, florals, etc. like I did and think you don’t need a day-of coordinator, I’m here to tell you that you absolutely DO. Our day would not have went as smoothly as it did without the support of our amazing coordinator, Janet. Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!

Based off the size of our families, we were initially struggling with the daunting task of navigating a large scale wedding while still making sure our number one priority of efficiency, seamlessness, and intentionality were maintained. We expressed these concerns to Kris early on and were met with understanding and confident guidance towards practical solutions. Kris knows the Hudson Valley very well. Working with someone who lives here and knows this areawas very important. Seeing Kris spring into action day of the wedding was wonderful. Amalia was exactly what I needed to ensure my wedding day went as smoothly as possible. Planning a wedding in 3 months was tough but Amalia kept me organized, was there to bounce ideas off of, created signage for our guest book dessert table and card box, and helped tremendously the day of the wedding. When I would get overwhelmed Amalia would schedule a zoom call to check in and help where needed. So I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this because my experience very easy and pleasant. I wasn’t left to plan my own wedding. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together. The price was perfect too cause wedding planners are expensive. They even hooked me up with transportation and flowers for my wedding. Prestige Planning Co. was really great and I would recommend them to anyone.
