Chapel in the Hollow is a quaint, mini Smoky Mountain wedding chapel and is a family owned and operated business — by Ian and Chastidyi. You will speak with one of us each time you email or call, and we will do our best to make you feel at home in our little slice of heaven. This sweet little chapel is on a piece of private property near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which means you get to enjoy the best part of the Smokies without having to deal with tourists, strangers, permits, or government regulations. This is an outdoor only wedding venue although there is space inside the chapel for our couples to change.

In 2015, James and Marissa Lowry hosted their wedding on the property. With over 400 guests and a beautiful ceremony under the Osage tree, an idea was brought to life. With hard work, dedication, and of course faith, James and Marissa sought to build a place where Family and Friends come to gather. Our modern barn provides the perfect reception space. Inside you will find beautifully placed round tables for guests and long wooden tables and chairs for the bridal party.

McDowall Acres is the creation of Sonny & Dana McDowall. It's where they called home, raised five children, a host of animals and welcomed numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In 1998, The McDowalls sold their land in Lawrenceville and moved their cherished house up the mountain to Blairsville, Georgia. Three of the McDowall daughters and one grandson now live on the property and hope to honor their parents' welcoming demeanor by opening their beloved farm to other families looking to create lasting memories.

The Chair Factory is a wedding venue situated in Gainesville, Georgia. This impressive building was originally built over a century ago and was occupied by the Georgia Chair Factory. The historic Monte Vista Hotel is a key component to Black Mountain’s storied past. Originally home to the Cherokee people, this valley became an early pathway west for traders, explorers and people seeking a new life beyond the eastern mountains. The town of Black Mountain grew rapidly after the railroad was completed in the late 19th century, and this new “railroad town” needed more lodging. Lucien and Rosalie Phillips opened the Monte Vista in 1919, repurposing a former school building. In 1937, the current brick building was constructed, further cementing the Monte Vista Hotel as a central piece of Black Mountain’s civic and social life. The Annex, a separate structure located behind the original, was added in 1975. Though the hotel has since undergone complete renovations and new ownership, many of the original elements have been preserved, and the new decorative touches complement the look and feel of the original structure.

The Muse Family: Muse Farm in Bremen, Georgia was established in 1953 by Mr. and Mrs. Beunah Muse. The Farm remains in the family today and serves as one of West Georgia’s premier event venues. Conley Creek is a newer venue opened in 2020 by Chad & Laura Winkler. We have a rustic yet modern feel with a large event barn to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and also a small white adorable chapel that seats around 50 inside. Both of these also provide outdoor options of seating of 150 guests! We do the setup for you and also provide two cabins, one for the bride and her guests and one for the groom and his guests. They can also be rented overnight if you want a fun last night of the single life!

The Bleachery sits in one of the Upstate's oldest textile mills. With gorgeous mill windows, original hardwood floors, and white brick walls, the 8,000 sq. foot room now offers a rich and beautifully renovated piece of history to say "I Do!"

Juliette Chapel & Events is an intimate wedding venue located in Dahlonega, Georgia. This unique setting is ideally suited to smaller wedding ceremonies and receptions. Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements.
