Imagine an outdoor ceremony on the Hilltop Overlook with breathtaking mountain views as your backdrop, or a traditional chapel wedding, R-Ranch has it all. The R-Ranch Lodge is over 13,000 square feet and overlooks 800+ acres of sweeping mountain views and the valley below, which is perfect for a reception that can seat up to 150. The Parker Mill wedding venue is a newly-renovated historic sawmill built in the 1930's. This venue has been designed and renovated to specifically cater to essential wedding needs. While it is conveniently located just one mile off of highway 74, the structure is comfortably nestled in a private community in the heart of Western NC Mountains, boasting awe-inspiring views and serene surroundings.

In 2015, James and Marissa Lowry hosted their wedding on the property. With over 400 guests and a beautiful ceremony under the Osage tree, an idea was brought to life. With hard work, dedication, and of course faith, James and Marissa sought to build a place where Family and Friends come to gather. Our modern barn provides the perfect reception space. Inside you will find beautifully placed round tables for guests and long wooden tables and chairs for the bridal party.
