Yes, we do allow alcohol. The security deposit for the venue is $1000 if you serve alcohol and $500 if you do not. This security deposit is fully refundable if there are no damages to our property.

Yes, there is plenty of parking a short walk from the Chapel and Reception area. Guests are allowed to be dropped off at the entrance. We also offer a parking shuttle if desired.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible, but there are no paved pathways. We have a ramp up to the accessible restroom.

Access to the Venue from 4 PM Friday to 12 PM Sunday on weekend of rental Electricity/Water Bench seating in chapel for 100 people 150 Maple folding chairs, 12 round 60” tables (each seat 8), 6 rectangular 72” tables Cottage with Lounge, Kitchenette, Master Bath, Loft, Heat/AC, Linens, Towels, Refrigerator Brick Courtyard with Well Shelter Pavilion and Fire Pit 60’ x 20’ reception tent with (optional) covers, Mowed Parking Area(s) Trash Bins (4 large rolling with Lids) and Trash Removal Maintained Grounds (Chapel and Cottage Area) Nature Trails RV and Primitive Campground (must be reserved 30 days in advance)

The Dogwood Package includes access to the venue from 4 pm on Friday through 12 pm on Sunday.

We do not require you to get insurance but it is always a good idea.
