We wanted an intimate wedding and I was worried that a planner would not be as invested as they would for a larger wedding - that could not have father from the truth. From the initial call, all the way through the wedding day and beyond, she has been our designer, therapist, and dream maker. Her professionalism, quick response times to my million questions, and advice on all things wedding related were so helpful during the planning process. She knows the best venues and has great relationships with vendors near and far. The design creation was so fun. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Glennie and Miko absolutely crushed it during our wedding. In the planning process, they knew all the right questions to ask us and when to ask them - so many details that we never even thought of. They were multiple steps ahead of us during our ceremony and reception and were around for the entire 12 hour journey that day! On top of that, they were so incredibly pleasant to work with - genuinely nice people. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to plan your special day because they'll make it even more special :)

After wrapping up our wedding, it became clear that it could never have happened without Savvy Weddings. I highly recommend Sandra and her team. When we were looking for help with wedding planning, we wanted a planner who could make our backyard wedding everything we imagined. Since we didn’t have a real “venue,” we had to bring in everything. This overwhelming task felt completely achievable with Sandra's help. Sandra is extremely hardworking and dedicated to making your day the most special and perfect event. Despite only having her partial services, Sandra met with us over ten times and drove to our venue site countless times to reassure us that everything would work out as we imagined. She even brought in extra team members for the complicated task of flipping our ceremony venue into a dinner reception. She attended our tastings with us and advocated on our behalf’s when we had decision fatigue with numerous vendors. I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. It is worth every minute for a consultation with her and if you decide to hire Feathered Arrow, it is worth every dollar you spend. Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests).
