Weddings have been a part of my life since I was six years old. Growing up as the youngest of eight cousins, someone was always getting married. The summer of my 21st birthday, I started my career with weddings at an Alaskan lodge hosting ten weddings that first summer. Since then I've worked in floral design, photography, & the food/wine industries. In 2017, I toured California working event logistics at five different festivals, including Coachella.

Weddings are my favorite events to plan because I love to plan weddings in particular because I relish witnessing the love between two partners, and I can experience how special these events are to friends and families. If you are in need of a wedding planner or coordinator Rose is your girl!! Rose made our wedding planning process so easy and she was so on top of everything. She had so many helpful tools to keep us organized and was always there to answer all questions and concerns. Her communication was top tier. We could not have done it without her expertise and her and her assistants on wedding day were AMAZING! They handled everything with such ease and we were truly so impressed by them! We could not have asked for a better day and Rose was such a huge part of that. I would highly recommend booking Rose for your wedding day.

Rose and her team were a wonderful asset to ensuring the enjoyment of our wedding! We hired Rose as a month of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding. Once we started working with her the month prior to the wedding a lot of my anxieties regarding how the day was going to go were taken away due to her depth of experience and professionalism. She really took the reins during those last weeks to follow up on final details with our vendors and getting closer to the date I had people asking me if I was stressed out and I can honestly say that I was not as I knew that we were in great hands. The time frame leading up to the wedding I felt my excitement build with each meeting that we had with Rose! The day of the wedding her team of professionals I feel went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my wishes. They constantly checked in on me during the whole day from when I started getting my makeup done to the last dance, I felt incredibly happy and was truly able to enjoy my wedding day. They made sure everything ran smoothly, that I stayed hydrated, that I ate at cocktail hour and dinner, helped me change into my second dress of the evening and even helped to fix my hair. I highly recommend anybody looking for a wedding coordinator to hire Rose to the Occasions. We are so glad that we did and can sincerely say that it made our wedding the best day of our lives!

I was so relieved to have hired Rose to the Occasions for our wedding! Planning a wedding across the country from where you live can be crazy stressful so our caterer recommended reaching out to Rose for help. From the first call with her I immediately felt at ease and knew that we had found our planner. Any stress I communicated to her she had the answer to calm my fears. On the wedding weekend her and her team worked seamlessly with our other vendors to make the day go perfect. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we owe it all to Rose to the Occasions!
