At Feathered Arrow Studio we plan and design epic wedding experiences and celebrations for couples in love, whether it's traditional or non-traditional. We are on a mission to flip the industry standard upside down by making the planning process and your wedding day absolutely stress free and fun!

Our core values are important and we love all love and support and champion the LGBTQ+ community, we believe in inclusivity at our events with our couples and vendors, we believe in equality for all, that kindness matters, and community and collaboration are key. We firmly believe in creating epic experiences to celebrate any and all love, traditions, religions, ethnicities, cultures, etc.

Description	For the couple that really needs a planner to take the lead on every aspect and help guide them in design, budget and choosing vendors. This is for clients who have no idea where to begin and don’t have as much time on their hands to bring their vision to life. This price can vary depending on guest count, location, and logistics that go into the day or even if you have multiple events!	This is one of our MOST popular packages and serves as a 50/50 planning process. We help design your big day, keep you on budget and work a lot closer with you in the planning process. This is great for those clients that need more help but still want to be involved. This price can vary depending on guest count, location, and logistics that go into the day or even if you have multiple events!	For clients who want to plan their big day but they need an expert to guide them, answer their questions and hold their hand a bit throughout the process. In each package, we have a team handling your entire wedding day from start to finish.	We often create custom packages for clients if you need help outside what your package includes such as: design help, budgeting guidance, additional meetings, welcome party planning, travel fees, etc. We can add on anything that you need help with + we travel anywhere! We're flexible and here to help you find the best package that fits your needs.

I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. It is worth every minute for a consultation with her and if you decide to hire Feathered Arrow, it is worth every dollar you spend. Kari was incredibly professional, reliable, and communicative in every way. Thank you thank you thank you to Kari and her team for an unforgettable wedding!

Kari and Feathered Arrow were amazing!!! We chose the partial planning package, and Kari worked with us every step of the way, from identifying great options for vendors to recommending all of the little details that we never would have thought of ourselves. Kari was incredibly organized, communicative, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend her more!

WHERE do I begin!? My mom and I thought we could plan my wedding ourselves but we quickly realized we needed help and that is where Kari came in. We met with a few other planners who we were not loving before meeting with Kari and we were immediately drawn in to her warm, calming and wonderful nature. She is queen and I mean QUEEN planner and our wedding weekend was 10/10 perfect all around solely because of her and her team. Kari made wedding planning...which can be so stressful and overwhelming, feel so easy, manageable and FUN. My family, fiancee and I felt so taken care of and safe in her hands I cannot begin to describe how important it was to not worry AT ALL wedding weekend because Kari had it on lock. She was such a calm presence in the wedding weekend frenzy that I was so grateful for. She was always there to answer my millions of questions and made us feel seen, heard and understood. She took our vision and made it come to life, working with our vendors to ensure our weekend was everything we wanted. Your wedding planner is THE most important person on your wedding weekend (besides your S.O. heheh) so you want someone wonderful, kind hearted, fun, present, organized, calm and someone who just gets it...and that's Kari!!! PLEASE do not hesitate booking her...she is truly a dream come true. OH and she did it all 6 MONTHS PREGNANT. Can someone say superwoman!!?!?!

Kari is the highest of calibers and a consummate professional. The best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process. She helped my husband and me achieve the most perfect wedding - all in the most calm, composed, and creative way! She handled everything from start to finish and remained responsive and organized until the very end. Our vision kept evolving and Kari evolved seamlessly with it. We are so grateful she and her team helped orchestrate the best day of our lives. As a bride, I was stress free the entire time - I always trusted that Kari was handling all the minutia so that I could enjoy my loved ones. Highly highly highly recommend!
