We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. My wife and I came to Kelsey with a big challenge: Help us turn our family's private property into the perfect wedding venue - and use as many hyper-local vendors as possible. Kelsey jumped right in, making herself available for crucial site visits, identifying vendors as local as possible to the location (also our home tome) to fulfill the long list of things we needed to pull this off, and left us with little to worry about throughout. Kelsey was proactive in communicating, anticipating things we needed before we did (like a true pro), and provided multiple options for us to choose from. When we needed to go back to the drawing board, Kelsey took the feedback really well and quickly got us moving forward again. One example of how awesome Kelsey is as a planner and day-of coordinator is how she planned and handled our complex transport logistics. The venue was a remote farm-like property up a steep, winding, single lane road with no lighting and minimal parking. As such, we needed to shuttle guests to the venue. Furthermore, the ceremony site was up a steep hill in nearby pasture, with only a dirt road for access. Kelsey quickly identified a shuttle vendor that could handle the task and worked with them to ensure it could happen. She worked on the shuttle schedule and timing so much, we had things timed to the minute. This was personally the single most anxiety inducing aspect of our day, and Kelsey made me feel confident and helped me focus on enjoying the day itself. Of course, all shuttling went off without a hitch, and the guests were really impressed with the organization. Finally, when we made a last minute (literally week before) decision to look for a videographer, Kelsey not only found us a fantastic videographer team, but got us a great deal, with extra coverage time and drone footage. I highly recommend Kelsey as both a planner and day-of organizer. You couldn't be in better hands.

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect.
