Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.

We had heard of Julie from our Caterer - he had recommended her to us. And we are SO GLAD he did. She was a Rockstar on our wedding day. She helped set up our venue and coordinate our vendors on the day-of so we did not have to lift a finger. She had been super communicative with us before the wedding so she knew what was our vision. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. We would highly recommend Julie for anyone who needs a Day-of Coordinator!

I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

If you are planning a wedding, she is a resource you can’t go without if you want a stress-free, anxiety-free wedding where YOU get to enjoy the day as much as your guests. My now husband and I hired Sarah to help us pull off the two day wedding weekend of our dreams and she nailed it. Our vision was not traditional - we wanted a private family only ceremony followed by an intimate wedding dinner at our favorite restaurant and the next day - a NYE party that would be nothing short of unforgettable. When we first met with Sarah, we knew what we had in our minds but barely had any of the pieces to make it happen. She gave us direction, a to do list, and deadlines which helped us complete what we needed to on time and truly enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding - knowing we were in the best hands and had nothing to worry about. Sarah understood our vision from day one and helped us navigate how to pull it off from the linens to the lighting to managing each others’ soon to be in laws. She coordinated with every vendor, managed calls and decisions with them, and a load in and out schedule that for the days. Life threw us some curveballs in the weeks leading up to our wedding - a sudden loss of a family member, a job change, and a groom with a stomach bug days before the big day. But Sarah kept everything moving, we didn’t have to lift a finger. And because she was never worried, we were never worried. Her years of knowledge and expertise allow her to think of everything and ask questions you never even considered to create a schedule of events where no detail is left undecided or undiscussed. The two days were pulled off to absolute perfection and we got to enjoy every minute knowing Sarah was by our side and one step ahead of us at every moment. A few examples of Sarah’s superhero work: For our NYE party, we wanted the centerpieces to be candlelit - glass hurricanes, floating candles, confetti. Left to our own devices- it would have looked like a sloppy school project. Sarah understood what we wanted. Gave us a shopping list. And even leant us some of her own hurricanes and votives to create the final look - nothing short of spectacular. After make up on the wedding ceremony day, I realized that I needed to get the lipstick I was wearing to do touch ups- oh no! Forget about it, Sarah ran to Sephora while we did photos to get me exactly what I needed without so much as an ask. My cathedral length veil needed to be put in before the long walk down the aisle, everyone else was seated in the church. But Sarah was in the trunk of the SUV putting it neatly in my hair as I sat in the back seat of the car service (she advised we book which saved our lives). We had our NYE party at a hotel and Sarah worked directly with the hotel to create a floor plan that felt more NYE party then traditional seated dinner - mixing and matching table sizes, highs and lows, and her years of wedding and hotel expertise- she knew the exact questions to ask and the inventory that existed to push for. Weddings go by so fast - you have so much invested and you want to enjoy it. And because of Sarah, we could. We could talk, mingle, drink the champagne- because we had nothing to worry about. Sarah is a true professional and we’d recommend her to ANYONE ANYWHERE. You never know what life is going to throw your way, so be in good hands with Sarah for your big day.

We hired Stacey in early 2020 to be a Month-Of-Coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. From the beginning, Stacey was one of the most responsive, helpful wedding coordinators that I reached out to. She offered great advice, explained the importance of having a Day-Of coordinator even if your venue happens to have one, had vendors to recommend, and was determined to bring our vision to reality, even while COVID-19 started to take over. Well, we all know how 2020 went, so when we ultimately decided to postpone our reception to 2021, Stacey remained in our corner throughout the decision and ultimately helped us to weigh the pros and cons of postponement. Then, throughout 2021, Stacey reached out around once a month to ensure we were on track with plans. She helped us to secure final vendors, review contracts, craft a perfect day-of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and made us feel incredibly confident that our big party would go off without a hitch. Stacey also has a keen eye for event styling, so we were able to trust all of our complicated decor to her and her team for set up the morning of the wedding, and she flawlessly coordinated a last-minute rain plan (which we made, and then with every miracle, didn't actually need!) She coordinated with all of our vendors, worked seamlessly with the in-house team at our venue, was warm, professional, and an invaluable asset to have running the biggest party of our lives. As a former stage manager and a bit of a control freak, having Stacey at our wedding was invaluable. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because of Stacey's magic touch.

Kelley and team are truly angels! I was a covid bride who truly planned my wedding at least 5 times, changed the date 3x and a new venue and I could have not done this without Kelley and A la carte events! I had one vendor try to take advantage of my husband and I and asked for more money when rescheduling the date and Kelley quickly helped take care of the situation, she even found me a new spring trio who were phenomenal and very easy to work with! It rained on my wedding day and Kelley made sure everything ran perfectly even with the rain. All the behind the scenes work Kelley and team did the week leading up to my wedding was insane, I truly would have been so lost without her. I miss working with her even though at times changing my venue and dates were super stressful, I probably would have lost my mind if Kelley wasn’t there to guide me. She thought of things that didn’t even cross my mind and made everything truly perfect. People still rave about our wedding day and how amazing it all came together despite the weather. KaDeana is absolutely incredible. My husband and I booked her through our bartending service "Party On The Rocks" to be our day-of-coordinator. This lady goes above and beyond for her brides. I booked her way back in 2018/19 for our August 2020 wedding. Due to COVID restrictions (which she kept us with for us) we had to postpone our reception twice and both times she kept up with our vendors to keep them informed. We didn't have to change any one of our vendors. They were all of our original picks. KaDeana was there for us through it all. We finally had our wedding in April 2022. We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

This is a way too late review for a spectacular wedding planner and event designer who brought to life the wedding of my dreams in June 2022! Lauren and her team truly provide a 5-star experience in every way and more. Before I met Lauren, I had a vision for my wedding, but really wasn't sure how to bring it to fruition. I was walking through the "steps" recommended in different timeline sheets, which in itself is very tiring, and starting very big picture. But as anyone who has planned a wedding knows, the details start to become very, very overwhelming - especially when there's a specific look and feel you want for your wedding. Where do you invest your time and money? That's where Lauren was a lifesaver. Some key moments in our work together included: aligning us via several conversations and an inspiration deck (really important for making sure you're on the same page), meeting me at a rental facility to walk through design elements together, coordinating with family members to make sure she got a comprehensive picture of what really mattered to me (bless my partner, he couldn't care less), and "secretly" working with family members to make the vision "bigger and better" and surprise me. Lauren also has an IMPECCABLE eye for how to bring all the million details together. She hand-selected and/or advised on every detail, from utensil colors to linens to stamp types to wax seals - all the tiny details that create a full "experience" for you and your guests, but by the end, you don't have energy to pick yourself! Moreover, Lauren is incredibly professional, warm, direct, patient, and supportive - all traits you need in a planner and designer. She will also tell you what she thinks, which is essential, particularly in the home stretch! By the end, Lauren was responsible for creating the wedding of my dreams. I can truly say it was the most magical weekend of my life, and while all weddings are so special when you have the people you love, it doesn't quite feel *spectacular* without all those details coming together.
