After working as a day of wedding coordinator as an independent consultant for 4 years, Mandy's passion for weddings came to fruition in 2017 when Breathe Easy Events was born! Where does her experience come from? Prior to starting her own business, she managed over 100 corporate events - leading events ranging from 10 to 400 people all over the US. She has 10+ years experience working with venues, room layouts, A/V, food & beverage, rentals, flowers, transportation, budgets and more. Mandy's friendly personality, amazing attention to detail, and ability to think on her feet will make sure your day is an unforgettable one!
At Breathe Easy Events, we pride ourselves on personalized service. We take the time to get to know you (the full picture, not only wedding related details - tell us about your pets, your recent vacation, your family, your favorite beverage of ice cream flavor). Everything we learn allows you to become part of our family so we can make sure every aspect of your big day is executed flawlessly. Truly Outstanding!
Mandy was absolutely outstanding for us on and before our wedding day. She truly made our day as easy as possible and was such a fun and calming presence. I could not recommend her more to any future couples! You will not regret working with her!
Amazing!
We hired Breathe Easy Events for day-of coordination about 8 months ahead of our September wedding. From the start, Mandy and Hannah were super helpful over our zoom meetings in helping us navigate everything we needed to nail down with our venue and vendors. Leading up to the wedding, Hannah sent our vendors the planning document we had finalized, helped us manage some last minute questions, and also joined our last meeting with the venue before the rehearsal. Day-of, Hannah managed any vendor questions and ensured our ceremony and reception spaces were set up the way we wanted them. She also helped all the boys pin their boutonnieres on their way to the ceremony :) Through our reception, Hannah continued to make sure the schedule was flowing properly, and made sure that my husband and I always had food/drinks whenever needed. We felt sheltered from all of the logistics of set-up, coordination, scheduling, and guest questions on the day-of because we knew Hannah had everything under control. It was such a relief knowing we had someone there to support our day who was truly focused on making sure my husband and I had the best day possible. We loved our experience with Breathe Easy and would recommend their services to future couples!

Working with Mandy of Breathe Easy Events was the best decision we could have made throughout the wedding-planning process. She was there for us every step of the way by providing recommendations, helping us develop a timeline, coordinating with vendors and the venue, and informing us about the little details that most people don’t consider. She was very communicative by sending us email updates, scheduling Zoom or phone calls, and responding asap to our many questions. On the day of, the groom and I felt comfortable handing off all the major responsibilities to her because we knew it was in good hands. There were absolutely no snags or problems. We frequently felt that Mandy went above and beyond. She happily navigated the crazy New Hampshire traffic to pick up supplies for us. She even offered me her coat while I waited in my dress to enter the ceremony space (and it was pretty cold and rainy!) Her attitude was consistently professional, confident, and upbeat. We cannot say enough great things about her, and we’ll recommend Breathe Easy Events to all of our friends.

Mandy at Breathe Easy Events was truly a life saver throughout our whole wedding planning process. From the moment we had our first meeting, Mandy was so easy to talk to and started asking us questions that we would have never thought of! From that moment on I knew I made the right decision by having her be our coordinator. Her attention to detail was tremendous and was always available to answer a million of my ridiculous questions/comments/concerns. Our wedding day turned out perfectly thanks to Mandy who was at the venue early helping set up decor and assisting other vendors prior to the ceremony. The day ran seamlessly and effortlessly and truly was everything we could have asked for and more. We were fully able to enjoy our wedding because of Mandy handling all the minor inconveniences that happened throughout the night. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner/coordinator just know that you are in amazing hands with Mandy and she will go above and beyond to make your day as perfect and special as it should be!
