We have a large, unique barn made of natural, recycled materials of strawbales for insulation and recycled wine bottles for light and design. You no longer see the strawbales in the wall as they have been covered with a hydraulic lime the same material castles in France for hundreds of years have been made from. This elegant, two-centuries-old Georgian style mansion is surrounded by 44 acres of rolling hills and beautifully landscaped gardens. Completed in 1796, the mansion features fifteen foot ceilings and bright spacious rooms in addition to a 2 acre formal garden and the ambiance of the surrounding estate.

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. Founded in 2003, the gated-entry Brandon Estate is a cherished and prized estate of the Brandon Family. An Fierm, which translates to “The Farm” in Irish, was originally a smaller four bedroom house, primarily used as a getaway cabin and romantic escape. Over the years, the Brandons added over 3000 square feet of living space and amenities including a great room, a stone wood-burning fireplace, a wine cellar, a pool, a game room, and a private balcony overlooking the estate. The mansion is now well over 5000 square feet- comprised of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a stunning designer kitchen. All in all, the mansion can sleep 16 people comfortably. With over 300 acres of private farm land, 200 acres of which is farmed crop. Loaded with scenic walking trails, barns, fresh water fish-stocked ponds, canoes, a stone chapel, and rolling landscape- the property is sure to keep you busy during your stay!
