We have a wedding package for almost any budget. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $2400 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $6900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Availability depends on when you wish to book. Rosa Lee Manor is available most Sundays and weekdays - Saturdays are available if booked less than 60 days from your wedding date. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Meeting on Christmas Day on the island of Bonaire in the Caribbean islands, Bruce and Victoria’s love story has weathered the ups and downs of life’s challenges throughout the years as together they raised Victoria’s two children, and were blessed when they had their own daughter Maddie! The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh.
