Located on the top floor of the historic City Market Building, Charter Hall is at the heart of Downtown Roanoke Virginia. As you step off the elevator, you are greeted with one of the best views of downtown & the iconic Roanoke Star. Charter Hall can easily accommodate up to 500 guests in various layouts, or up to 240 for formal dining. A unique event space in the heart of Downtown Roanoke!

Located on the 2nd floor of the historic City Market Building, the Campbell Avenue Mezzanine is lofted above the main dining area. The space offers historic charm & modern amenities & acts as the perfect canvas to make your event unforgettable! A great location for bridal showers, baby showers, cocktail parties, birthday parties, and much more!

Included in this room:

- 2 hour rental; additional time can be added for $250/hour (maximum of 4 hours) - Can hold up to 50 people seated or 100 people standing - Customized floor plan to best suit your needs - Set up & breakdown of all in-house tables & chairs - Access to private bathrooms - On-site Events Manager - Signs around the building to direct guests - All rentals include additional time before & after for decorating and tear-down (2 hours maximum)
