So here’s the thing, we’re not just here to take pretty pictures. We’re here to document the way it felt. The big stuff, the little stuff, the blink and you miss it kind of stuff. Based in sunny (and sometimes very rainy) South Florida, but always chasing stories wherever they take us. We don’t do stiff poses or fake smiles. We don’t yell “say cheese.” We watch. We wait. We get the shot while you’re living the moment. Our style is a little moody, a little wild, and deeply human, like love itself. If you’re into that, we’re probably into you too.
Light Sky is my heart, my chaos, my love for people in all their messy magic. This work is more than photos to me. it’s about connection, trust, and making sure you feel seen in every frame. If you’ve made it this far, I can’t wait to meet you.

Capturing More Than Moments
From the moment we met Erika and Loy for our engagement shoot, we knew we had found something special. They made two self-proclaimed awkward people feel totally at ease in front of the camera. It didn’t feel like posing—it felt like laughing, dancing, and being fully ourselves, all while they worked their magic. The photos captured not just how we looked, but who we are. We walked away from that session with more than beautiful images—we walked away with memories. Fast forward to our wedding day, and they absolutely blew us away. Our friends and family keep raving about the photos: “absolutely stunning,” “so artsy,” “journalistic,” “soulful,” and “hilarious and beautiful at the same time.” The photos brought the emotion of the day flooding back—joy, intimacy, hilarity, and everything in between. Working with Erika and Loy wasn’t just hiring photographers—it was inviting two incredibly talented, kind, and charismatic humans into some of the most important moments of our lives. The best ever!
Erika was the absolute best! She made us feel very at ease and effortlessly directed us for all the poses. She got all the important moments in our ceremony and lots of beautiful candid shots of friends and family at the reception. The cake photos were super fun and the decor shots were perfectly detailed! When we first saw our pictures we were in total shock! They were amazing! She is perfect in every way! Beyond 5 stars!
