Lake Lawrence Community was once called “Edwards Pavilion” was established in 1923 by Louie Armstrong and Amber Reichel. All logs to build the lodge were felled from off the lake property itself and the fireplace was erected by Frank Noreen from Deschutes Falls. It took about one year to completed the building. This became an extension of Edwards Resort, a fishing a recreational getaway, here on Lake Lawrence. Afterwards many dances were held in the building. In 1973 the over 50-year-old resort closed, and the camping era came to an end. The resort property is now enjoyed by many private property homeowners. The playground, swimming area, and Edwards Pavilion became part of the Lake Lawrence Community Club, which still maintains these facilities for the benefit of their members. The lodge is also available to the community at large for all types of events to include weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family reunions, and any other event.

Woodland Meadow Farms, a first generation farming operation focused on the local economy and sustainable living, started in the wedding and event venue business with an offbeat wedding. In 2009, owner John Beal, a professional landscaping contractor, as well a longtime pro dirt bike racer, landscaped an aging tree farm to accommodate his sister's medieval-themed wedding. After he hosted that, he was encouraged to make it a full-fledged business and 2010 became the first season of weddings at Woodland Meadow Farms. Not just a farm. Not just a venue. The Wedding Barn at Carleton Farms is located in Lake Stevens, Snohomish County. We combine rustic farm chic with a touch of elegance. Built in 2014, our wedding barn resides along a waterway in the Snohomish River Basin with vista views of farm fields and the Olympic Mountain range. We are the closest Snohomish Valley farm and wedding barn to the I-5 corridor with easy access to lodging and resaurants, and have been serving the Snohomish and King counties for over 30 years. We believe you should have the flexibility to choose your own vendors. You have the option of working with one of our trusted vendors or any outside vendor.

This venue is on a farm that has been in our family for five generations. We are a new venue, but we love this special place so much and wanted to share its beauty with others. The ceremony space is beneath the canopy of an old-growth spruce tree beside a creek. We were married in this spot and it was truly magical! There is an open-air field just beyond the tree that is available as a reception space. We offer a bridal dressing room within a 10'x10' decorated "glamping" tent. We also have the add-on option of a 15'x20' event tent available (please see pictures in the gallery). If you're interested, we also have goats, pigs, chickens, and old farm implements available for photo opportunities. We only host weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. We also now provide string lights and electricity (suitable for a food truck) in the reception field!

Our little piece of paradise is surrounded by 500 acres of private land: flower meadows, horse pastures, pine forests and grass fields. The Hitchin' Barn is the ideal place for a country wedding, but the barn can be dressed up or dressed down to match any style of event. We're open from mid-May through October and we can easily accommodate up to 200 guests inside the barn, and a lot more outdoor.

Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

In February of 1999, Kim McLaughlin started Eagle Mountain Ranch, a beautiful state of the art equine facility. She saw a need to provide high quality training in Western, Saddle Seat, Hunter, and Reining divisions - with a focus on Arabian horses. Nestled in the scenic Cascade Foothills, The Wallace Falls Lodge is a picturesque wedding venue.
