About this venue
Peacefully situated on the Snohomish River, the lovely Swan Trail Farms is a historic, pastoral treasure. The venue is over 100 years old with a newly renovated red barn and beautiful indoor reception space. Natural grasses, blossoming wildflowers, and tranquil ponds make the perfect picture backdrop for bride and groom to document that special kiss, while quaint wood bridges, rustic barrels, and twinkling lights strung gracefully above the outdoor patio convey a sense of charming authenticity and romantic purity. Dance late into the night around a stone fireplace as you listen to the tranquil sounds of a nearby waterfall, or dine under the glittering chandeliers and plentiful natural light with loved ones. For a dramatic farewell, steal away to the honeymoon of your dreams with your new spouse in an alluring vintage car. Your special day will be even more memorable by the beautiful, romantic setting our venue offers.
This lovely historic farm will capture your heart with its pastoral beauty and scenic views of Mt. Baker and the Cascade Range. The Farm at Swans Trail is known for its friendly atmosphere and willingness to work with brides to provide the perfect setting for the most special occasion of their life. The Indoor Chandelier Hall features a large gas fireplace, beautiful lighting, gorgeous wood moldings, beams and wainscoting. The Outdoor Apple Barn and various ceremony sites feature a waterfall, pond with large fountain and 2 docks for ceremonies, and a large lawn enclosed by an apple tree fence. A commercial kitchen is available onsite. We can easily accommodate 50 or 300 guests; the large covered, partially open barn has room for tables and chairs to seat 250 guests out of the weather comfortably. Our Indoor Chandelier Hall can be used for ceremony or a reception and can accommodate up to 200 guests. Contact us for more information, or to book an event with us!

Outdoor facility: -Rustic barn covered with weathered siding and rock wall exterior which is open on the east side, exposing views of the pond, waterfall, farm and mountains. -A partially enclosed interior is finished with clear cedar and recycled rusted tin, opening up to a large patio with a waterfall, flower beds, and a stairway leading down to the open grassy lawn. -Strings of clear globe lights hang over the patio, creating an enchanting and romantic atmosphere for your reception. -Many charming sites for "first look" and additional pictures on the big day. -Multiple options for your ceremony location. | Indoor facility: -Features a large stone fireplace and many windows for natural lighting and beautifully finished hardwood wainscoting. -Elegant chandelier lighting. | Additional spaces: -Bride and groom rooms -On-site bathrooms (ADA accessible)
