We began looking for wedding venues a year in advance, and from the moment we met Jamie and James, we knew River Valley Oasis was the one. Their warmth, friendliness, and clear love for their venue made booking an easy decision. What really attracted us was the venue’s secluded, natural atmosphere—peaceful and serene, yet still easy to find via GPS. Plus, the convenience of hosting all our events and guests in one location made our day so much smoother. We were also thrilled that they provided MC equipment, a refrigerator/freezer, and all the tables and chairs, saving us the hassle of renting. They even offer a helpful website to connect with vendors, which we used for several wedding services. Jamie and James went above and beyond for us. James graciously let us use his newly crafted tables, which added a special touch to our welcome table, sweetheart table, and dessert station. Everything came together perfectly, and you can see the beautiful craftsmanship in the photos! My husband and I highly recommend River Valley Oasis for any special gathering. The experience was flawless from start to finish.

Such a pretty outdoor venue. It was outdoorsy and romantic and homey all in one. I would recommend any one get married there. The owners are very communicative and thorough when explaining everything. We received so many compliments on our day on the venue.

We recommend about 100 people. We have parking available for approximately 60 cars.

We host weddings beginning in the summer: May, June, July, August, and September. We are an outdoor-only venue. We are available for tours on select evenings and weekends.

In general, our guidelines include being friendly to our environment. Being right next to the river, we discourage the use of rice, artificial flowers, glitter, and other items that could hurt the critters around us. We love bubbles! Real flower petals are beautiful and easy to clean up. We’re always open to new ideas.

Yes, a 1 hour rehearsal is included, at no extra cost, generally the Thursday before your event.

Please note that we do not have any kitchen facilities at our venue. We do not have any access to fresh water at the venue. Our venue is rustic, so please prepare your caterer to be self-contained and have their own water supply.

We are open from late May until the end of September every year.

We are closed October through April.

No, bartenders are required for any and all alcohol to be served at our location. You may serve wine, beer, cider, champagne (keg, bottle, can). No hard liquor allowed, except for signature cocktail.

Yes, we have 3 large lots for parking. We can fit about 60 vehicles on site. The town park-and-ride is 7 minutes from the venue if carpooling is preferred.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Your reservation includes 12 hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or 8 hours (Monday-Wednesday) from start to finish, including the time it takes you to set up and clean up.

Yes, you must purchase wedding liability insurance for your wedding date. A liquor liability rider is required if alcohol is served at your event.

There are 3 main airports in our area. Paine Field in Everett is approximately 45 minutes from the venue. SeaTac Airport in Seattle is about 75 minutes from the venue. Bellingham International Airport is about 120 minutes from the venue.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Yes, for all our rentals for 2023 and beyond, tables and chairs for a 100 capacity wedding are provided. Tables for head seating, buffet, gifts, and sign-in are also included.
