Welcome to Gray Bridge Venue! We are the Pacific Northwest and greater Seattle area wedding venue that does things a little differently. From our sophisticated, rural setting. to our simplified, inclusive, cost-saving wedding planning pricing, to our focus on you, Gray Bridge Venue and our amazing staff are here to make your wedding day easy and memorable! From the moment we first reached out to the team at Gray Bridge Venue, their communication was prompt, attentive, and truly caring. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our wedding day was thoughtfully considered, offering a stunning and exceptional array of options to help us create the vision we had for our special day. Stacy and Matt were incredible to work with - their expertise and attention to detail were brilliant, and they thought of every way to make the space look beautiful and provide ample areas for our guests to enjoy themselves. The Gray Bridge Venue team truly made our wedding day perfect in every way! They treated us like family in the best way possible and I could not recommend Gray Bridge enough!!

Gray Bridge was the wedding venue of my dreams! If you’re searching for an outdoor venue in Washington, look no further. From the amphitheater seating for the ceremony to the cocktail bar for appetizers, the tented reception with chandeliers, and a covered dance floor adorned with lights, they’ve thought of every detail! I recently got married, and many friends told me it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Guests loved how easy it was to move between areas and enjoyed all the picturesque spots. Additionally, the curated vendor list from the owners is top-notch. Together, the team made my fairytale wedding a reality!

15/10. More stars. Cannot recommend this venue enough. It was perfect for our wedding, and it was perfect for everything leading up to the wedding as well. The owners (Matt & Stacy) are incredibly professional, straight-forward, communicative, funny, and kind. They genuinely want your wedding to reflect the love and character of your relationship, and they make it so easy to have a really fun and relaxing day. There are a number of rules, but they all make sense, are all really clear up front in the contract and conversation you have with them, and are there to make sure the day goes smoothly and everyone has a great time. We had easy access to the venue when we needed to check things out with our coordinator and officiants, and every time we got escorted around the venue by their charming cats, Hazel & Scampers. Book this venue! You will be so glad you did.

My partner and I were looking for an outdoor wedding venue that captured the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest without leaning into the farmhouse aesthetic. Gray Bridge Venue was perfect from the moment we first saw it on a virtual tour, and then even better when we finally visited in person! Matt & Stacy are so kind and the ultimate wedding pros - they have a plan for every contingency and their recommended vendor list really helped streamline the planning process. The venue itself is beautifully designed; it has an organic elegance of its own that requires very little in terms of decor. We couldn't be happier that Gray Bridge will always be part of our love story!

Yes! There are several Best Western-quality hotels 8 miles away in Monroe that will reserve blocks of rooms. There are numerous AirBnB’s that sleep up to 42 guests within 6 miles of the venue. We provide a list of recommended vendors to booked couples.

Our 2700 square foot reception tent is set up for you throughout the wedding season and can accommodate a ceremony, reception, and dancing for up to 150 people in one space. This is to make your event both budget-friendly and reduces your stress! We also have 100+ clear dome umbrellas in our something borrowed closet which make for fun pictures during a rain event.

The venue is set up for 225 guests including tented space for ceremony/reception under the tent for all guests. We have parking for 75+ cars.

Yes! We provide our booked couples with our curated recommended vendor list. Over 100 vendors from caterers to violinists to caricature artists. Our recommended caterers and vendors have been vetted by us and most have worked our venue and come recommended by experienced wedding professionals.

No! Our pricing includes ALL fees and we do not charge service fees to our renters or vendors.

We provide a parking attendant and/or directional signs to direct guests to the appropriate location. Our parking area is well-lit and has ample directional signage.

A luxury restroom trailer with 3 private stalls. Each stall includes air conditioning, hot and cold running water, lights and music. Additionally, a ADA-accessible stall with A/C, heat, flush toilet, running water, and baby changing station is provided. We include restroom cleaning throughout your event--always!

Yes, we have three designated smoking areas—one at the parking lot, one centrally located, and a third by one of the get-ready spaces that is often used for cigar bars. Smoking is allowed in those designated areas.

With some stipulations, approved pets may be included in your ceremony and for photos. Please be sure to ask and we will include the specifics in your contract.

We do not have ADA parking, but we will gladly reserve the parking spaces closest to the restrooms and paved areas for guests with mobility challenges.

Yes! We have a designated dancing area called the pool deck. It includes a covered pergola with a transparent cover to see the stars. Seating and tables are provided with cocktail tables, a live-edge standing bar, and wine barrels with market umbrellas.
