The historic Bush House Inn is thoroughly updated and offers 10 guest rooms, a Cottage, an elevator, and 2 event spaces for your adventure getaway or family gathering. The Bush House Inn is a romantic setting for your wedding, elopement, or vow renewal! We offer event spaces and lodging for you and your closest friends, and are available year round for your special day. The Bush House Inn’s main floor event room features a stage – ideal for your ceremony or reception, hardwood hickory flooring, large windows with natural light, moveable wall to connect to the outside, and multiple access points to our beautiful gardens and patio.

The 2nd-floor event room is a spacious carpeted room with a lofted open-beam ceiling, natural light through the many windows and dormers, a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Index Town Wall, an open deck with bistro tables, and elevator access. This bonus space can be reserved for your indoor ceremony, meet and greets, or transitional gathering area for guests during your event.

Wedding reception.
The Bush House Inn is a beautifully restored hotel motel with a restaurant on the lower floor it also has a beautiful reception room area. The Bush House in provided accommodations for some of our guests and catered the reception for approximately 20 of our guest their pastry chef also provided the wedding cake everything was done perfectly at a competitive price. The small town of Index is surrounded by beautiful mountains and lots of other natural beauty and there are hiking trails nearby.
September 2024 Wedding
The Bush House Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication style was excellent - they were very responsive to our emails and voicemails, ensuring we had all the information we needed. The quality of their work and attention to detail was outstanding, creating a clean, homey, and vintage environment that made our day so special. They were extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure the venue was spotless and that all our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - it truly was the best wedding weekend ever!
Business Meeting Venue
Our team rented the entire venue for a Business Planning meeting. Everyone was so responsive and wonderful to work with. Our meeting room had unparalleled views on three sides of the venue. It was both a relaxing and productive two days. The food was great and we can't wait to come back.
CIE Annual Staff Retreat
For the third year in row, Bush House provided the perfect venue for our team retreat. Just the right size, and the meeting room was perfect. Food at the restaurant was so good and so convenient. Staff was welcoming and friendly and accomodating. Love this place!
