Classic vintage venue on the historic register in the heart of the revitalized downtown Marysville business center.

This space features the main ballroom floor with ADA accessibility with plenty of room to host your entire event. Balcony and lower level accessibly by stairs only.

$120 per hour weekdays (4 hour minimum). Daily rate weekdays $850. Friday and Sundays $1700. Saturdays $2250 Extra services are available for purchase, but not necessary to rent the venue.
