Fabulous Rehearsal Dinner

We were lucky enough to be one of the first events in the Gatsby Ballroom! It was a fabulous evening for family and friends to get to know each other the night before our wedding. The food was incredible. We had Beef Wellington and Salmon as our main dishes and the guests raved about both. Many said it was the best salmon they had ever had! We had about 75 guests and the room was perfect. The bartender even had signature drinks that he came up with based on our personal taste. The staff was easy to work with and paid attention to every detail to make it a memorable night and the perfect start to our wedding weekend. We highly recommend using this venue for your upcoming events!

I've shot several events at Apex Art & Culture Center since they first opened, and the venue offers a wide variety of looks and spaces to accommodate my clients. The team is easy to work with, they are great communicators and follow through has been awesome. I highly recommend.

All alcohol and alcohol service is handled by APEX . We have multiple packages available and we are more than happy to create a custom package that will reflect your events needs.

Event insurance is required

Yes, we have 25 stalls on site with 2 wheelchair accessible stalls. There is also generous street parking and a pay lot directly across the street.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation policy - - 180 -61 days prior to your event – 50% of the rental cost and any outstanding expenses that may have been accrued as part of your event. - For cancellations 60 days prior to the event, 100%of the rental costs will be charged as well as any of the costs that may have been accrued as part of your event. Your advance Deposit (30%) will not be refunded in full unless another patron rebooks the room and date with a comparable event. in this case APEX art and culture center will refund the advanced deposit in full.

There is no off-peak time for celebrating.
