About this venue

Say your I Do's with a breathtaking view! Winter View Lodge sits on 20-acres in rural Eatonville, Wash. about 45 minutes south of Tacoma. The view from the lodge features the majestic Mt. Rainier, the valley below, and endless groves of evergreen trees. Our rentals can span Friday evenings to early Sunday afternoons to provide you plenty of time for your wedding weekend. Start with your rehearsal dinner Friday night and wrap up with a clean up party Sunday morning. The wedding party can stay overnight at the lodge, too. Or stick with a Saturday-only rental for 12 hours. Our pricing is all-inclusive of what we have to offer. You'll get to choose your own vendors (catering, DJs, etc), too! This space features a 2400 square foot reception space covered by an airy elegeant white tent structure. With open sides, the view of Mt. Rainier is still as spectacular as ever. This space can easily hold your wedding guests, buffet line, bar, dance floor and DJ.

Bridal Suite

Get the bridal crew wedding-ready in a private room with private bathroom.

The bridal suite is a private space with vanities/mirror for at least three ladies. There is a private bathroom with vanity and mirror as well. This room is also divided into a sleeping room that would be ideal for the bride to stay in the night before the wedding and the bride and groom to share on their wedding night. We offer a military and first responder special discount of $500 off our rental rate. Thank you for your service! *Our normal rates are $6,200 for a Saturday rental or $7,900 for Friday evening through Sunday early afternoon.

    We picked this venue because of the beautiful views all around. Despite it being an August wedding, it rained throughout our rehearsal and leading up to our ceremony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our day would be perfect, no matter the weather! They made set up seamless and gave ideas on how to organize things (super helpful to a bride who’s already making 100 decisions) It rained until an hour before our ceremony, our guests commented how the staff was wiping down benches to make sure seating was dry. It was great!! The bonfire was perfect because it was a chilly evening and made for great pictures. This venue is naturally beautiful, lots of spots for organic pictures. We were the first couple to use the big tent, great timing. The tent was huge and easily fit around 120 people, the lights strung throughout it are a nice touch! We brought an LED sign and Pat was kind enough to put on a wood slab post, making it much cuter! Another highlight was we were able to include our dog child in our special day. She was able to stay with us the entire weekend and we loved being able to include her. Everyone was just so kind and helpful. We’re so happy we picked this place. I recommend this to anyone and everyone, we cant say enough good things about it!

    Words cannot fully express how grateful we are to have found Winter View Lodge for our wedding. Believe it or not, we booked the venue just six months before our big day. We were set on having a view of Mt. Rainier, but every other venue was fully booked. When we found out Winter View Lodge had availability, we toured it a few days later and were immediately in love. The venue owners and coordinator were incredible. They were so kind and accommodating, making the entire process feel seamless. When we mentioned wanting a cross at the altar, they went above and beyond—they built one for us, and it was absolutely beautiful. They even provided extra decorations, which helped us stay within budget, a huge plus! We decided to rent the venue for the entire weekend, and it made the experience even more special. Spending extra time with family in such a stunning location was truly unforgettable. The team was incredibly helpful in setting everything up and ensuring we had everything we needed. They even had thoughtful details like extra ice, sewing kits, medications, and other essentials in the bathroom, which added an extra layer of care. For the price we paid, the experience felt like five-star treatment. I honestly never imagined we could afford our dream venue, but Winter View Lodge made it possible. We are beyond thankful for their support. The day was sunny and perfect, but it was reassuring to have the tent available in case of rain. Everything was so well-maintained, and the team checked in with us throughout the event to make sure everything was running smoothly. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue, and so were we. We highly, highly recommend Winter View Lodge—it truly made our wedding day unforgettable.

    We had the most incredible wedding at Winter View Lodge. There’s not a single thing that we wish was different about this venue! We opted for a 3 day rental, which was amazing because we got to stay the night before and after the wedding as well as have time for set up/take down without feeling rushed. There is plenty of space in the lodge for the entire wedding party to get ready in different areas, as well as a full kitchen (we did all of our dessert prep the morning of). We also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before at WVL as a part of our 3 day rental. It was great to get the feel for how the ceremony would flow and give feedback if we wanted any tables or wine barrels in certain spots. The hosts were so helpful and friendly and were always close by before & during the wedding if we needed anything. They made sure everything behind the scenes was running smoothly and we can’t think them enough for how accommodating they were! Also a huge plus that we were able to have our dog there as a part of our wedding weekend too. We unfortunately had rain in the forecast, but it was no issue at all because of the reception tent. All 85 guests vendors dance floor fit underneath it comfortably. And we could have easily fit more guests underneath without it feeling cramped. We are so happy to have been married here!!

    I had my wedding there when they were still working out all the kinks. The owners were so inviting and accommodating. The views truely are amazing some of the pictures on their website don't do the view justice. There's so much room for any set up your wedding could desire. I'm so happy we went with the winter view lodge between all of the venues we looked at this one won us over.
