About this venue

Lullaby Farm is a little slice of heaven off the Mission Ridge drainage in Cashmere, WA. which all started with a piece of land and a turkey - a meandering creek, a unique barn with an outstanding view, and wide-open spaces for your special event. After years of feeling overwhelmed with the rental property inherited in a divorce, I took ownership and adopted a turkey named Lola from the local supply store, which turned out to be a boy - hence, Lolaboy Farm was born. Unfortunately, Lola didn’t survive, but the idea was planted, a dream sprouted, and Lullaby Farm is what grew.

The Barn

A Little Piece of Heaven in Cashmere, WA.

Lullaby Farm is a working farm; livestock, poultry, produce, and flowers - But the best part is the barn that was erected in July 2019. With a 2-day or 3-day weekend package, the couple can relax on-site in a newly remodeled farmhouse with accommodations for up to 4!

- Use of Lullaby Farm’s unique barn with attached lounge area - (4) hand-made farmhouse tables and vintage wooden chairs with seating for 36+ - (19) 60” round tables with linens in white or ivory - (125) metal folding chairs with white chair covers, sashes, and ribbon - Cake table, bride/groom table, bar table, and guest sign-in table - Fully lit party and parking area - Vintage 1969 Alladin trailer to hang out and get spiffy - During bloom season, the couple can cut fresh flowers for DIY bouquets and table arrangements at an additional charge - Wedding planning/rentals/floral, if requested, through a third-party vendor

3-Day Weekend Event

Description

Three-day access to Lullaby Farm starting at 3 p.m. Friday for decorating, rehearsal, and/or rehearsal dinner. Saturday, the farm is available at 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Cleanup on Sunday is open from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Yes. There is flat level on-site parking with easy access for up to 250 guests.

Depending on the package, you can set up in the late afternoon the day before your event or 10:00 a.m. the day of the event and will be able to clean up on the following day starting at 9:00 a.m.

You are responsible for set up, decorating, and take down of all decor and furniture. Garbage needs to be put in the provided cans.

You have access to all the decorations here at Lullaby and can bring in anything else you love, as long as there is no damage to the facilities. Whatever has been put out needs to be picked up or taken down prior to departure.

If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, you will need to acquire a banquet permit in addition to liability insurance. Lullaby Farm does not provide any catering. You will need to hire your own caterer and all table settings will have to be provided. The caterer you choose should have all the necessary permits for food handling and service.

The bride and her party can use the 1906 original farmhouse to relax and get beautiful. The groom and his party can use the 1969 vintage Alladin camp trailer to hang and get spiffed up.

By Chelan County code, noise disturbances shall cease by 10:00 p.m. so all music must be shut down by then.
