    When we first started our wedding journey, needless to say, we were lost. We visited venues and didn't understand pricing structures or what was "fair" or "right" based on what we wanted. A friend had referred us to YPB, and from that point forward the process was a dream. We initially met with Kim, who was incredibly kind and straightforward. She identified our needs, and recommended their standard package which was very reasonably priced. From there we had a venue Search that gave us plenty of detailed information to find our dream venue at the absolute right price. Our Planner, Jade took it from there. She was very polished, professional and kind as we navigated toward the big day. She helped us identify vendors at reasonable prices and provided guidance on what was fair. Day-of, my spouse and I got to enjoy the day with Jades' support in managing all of the details of the day. Overall, we had the perfect wedding for us, and we have YPB to thank for that. If you are getting married in Oregon or Washington, they should be your first call for a consultation, and I"m sure they would do a fabulous job for both small weddings like ours or larger executions.

    This review is long overdue! Our incredible YPB planner, Jessica, was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish. Her knowledge of the industry and current trends made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. But beyond her expertise, what truly set Jess apart was her calm, reassuring presence—no matter what was happening behind the scenes, she handled everything with grace and a smile. On the wedding day, she didn’t miss a beat. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and she even went above and beyond when I realized I forgot to pack tealight candles—running to the store herself, all while juggling a million other things. And yet, you’d never know she was busy because she made everything feel effortless. I can’t recommend Jessica and YPB enough! If you’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and an absolute joy to work with, Jess is the one. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to her!

    I cannot recommend my planner, Lexi, and everyone at Your Perfect Bridesmaid (YPB) enough. I chose Lexi after watching her organize my best friend's wedding, and I’m so glad I did. She is an excellent communicator, both during meetings and in her follow-up emails. She sets reasonable timelines to complete tasks while remaining flexible and supportive wherever possible. Lexi was incredibly patient with both my mom and me as we tried to align on our visions (and budgets). She absolutely knocked it out of the park and is worth her weight in gold. YPB has phenomenal relationships with nearly every vendor in town, which cuts down on your research time and ensures you get the right people in place. Planning an ethnic wedding in Oregon is surprisingly difficult, but YPB made it their mission to ensure I got the wedding I had always dreamed of—and they did not disappoint. My wedding was an incredible event, and it wouldn't have been possible without Lexi's expert management. One piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding: If you can, spring for the highest planning package. Having someone help with setup and takedown specifically allows you and your family to focus on enjoying the festivities. I upgraded my planning package three months before the wedding because fielding all the questions from my family and vendors became overwhelming. Lexi had the capacity to take on the extra work, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process.

    Your Perfect Bridesmaid was a stellar wedding planning team that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. Kayla’s communication was quick, efficient, and personable from start to finish. She was always on top of it, giving 100% to ensure every detail was taken care of. The team consistently checked in to make sure my husband and I were happy and comfortable, even making sure we had drinks and food throughout the event. We are so grateful for their incredible service and highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
