    I cannot recommend my planner, Lexi, and everyone at Your Perfect Bridesmaid (YPB) enough. I chose Lexi after watching her organize my best friend's wedding, and I’m so glad I did. She is an excellent communicator, both during meetings and in her follow-up emails. She sets reasonable timelines to complete tasks while remaining flexible and supportive wherever possible. Lexi was incredibly patient with both my mom and me as we tried to align on our visions (and budgets). She absolutely knocked it out of the park and is worth her weight in gold. YPB has phenomenal relationships with nearly every vendor in town, which cuts down on your research time and ensures you get the right people in place. Planning an ethnic wedding in Oregon is surprisingly difficult, but YPB made it their mission to ensure I got the wedding I had always dreamed of—and they did not disappoint. My wedding was an incredible event, and it wouldn't have been possible without Lexi's expert management. One piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding: If you can, spring for the highest planning package. Having someone help with setup and takedown specifically allows you and your family to focus on enjoying the festivities. I upgraded my planning package three months before the wedding because fielding all the questions from my family and vendors became overwhelming. Lexi had the capacity to take on the extra work, and it was the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process.

    Your Perfect Bridesmaid was a stellar wedding planning team that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. Kayla’s communication was quick, efficient, and personable from start to finish. She was always on top of it, giving 100% to ensure every detail was taken care of. The team consistently checked in to make sure my husband and I were happy and comfortable, even making sure we had drinks and food throughout the event. We are so grateful for their incredible service and highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

    Our planner was perfect for our day-of coordination needs. She was available to meet with vendors and had all the logistics to make my vision come to life on our wedding day. I was able to completely enjoy our day without worrying about logistics or problem solving.

    I'm SO happy we hired Your Perfect Bridesmaid for their wedding coordination package. They went above & beyond to assist with answering my planning questions, reviewing vendor contracts, organizing our rehearsal, and executing a flawless wedding day. Everyone was extremely communicative and detail oriented, and I felt fully supported throughout the planning process.
