The site of Risley Landing Gardens was held by the Risley family for over 100 years. In 1983, it was donated to the Oak Grove Garden Club by Hugh G. Starkweather (the grandson of Jacob S. Risley) and William Starkweather. William was the son of Harvey Starkweather, a prominent legislator and educator. Mr. Starkweather wanted the site to be a memorial park in honor of his mother and sisters. A bronze plaque dedicated to them is implanted on the wall of the Landing.

We have 3 separate areas to rent from our annex that seats up to 25, covered heated patio seats up to 40, combine the annex/patio to seat up to 60 and then or retro taproom bar in the basement that seats up to 90. This is a great venu for rehearsal dinners, showers, engagement parties, day after brunches or just an after party.

Opal 28 is an intimate space, an extension of your living room with a vintage & elegant ambiance. The 2,600 square foot space includes two great rooms, a built-in bar, private outdoor patio and bridal suite accommodations above the venue. The building was originally built in 1908 is conveniently located in inner NE Portland.

The Hallowed Halls is a Portland, Oregon-based wedding venue featuring breathtaking natural light and stunning views of the surrounding maple trees. Located on this charming Portland property sits a stunning 1919 Federal-style brick building. Once a library, this building features large vintage windows and captivating historic charm. The Oregon Oddfellows Lodge #3 was one of two buildings to originally receive electric power in Oregon City. Built in 1922, the Lodge was home to the Oddfellows and Friedrich’s Hardware Store until the 1970’s. The completely renovated Arc Light features beautiful wainscotting and unique lighting throughout.
