Ecotrust Events operates historical venues in flexible warehouse spaces where inclusivity, food, art, nature, and architecture come together to create rich sensory experiences. OUR MISSION- Place matters. Your event location is a statement about who you are and what you value. Our urban industrial, remodeled old Steel Factory is now making your wedding dreams come true.

This space features 8,000 square feet of usable space with an urban industrial charm. The reclaimed wood sidewalls, metal exposed beams, and our teal steel metal press offer a venue location like no other. Two garage doors, let you have access to the outside patio for more lounge seating or lawn games. Accordion folding black air walls, let you choose to have the Chef's kitchen open for your guests viewing pleasure or closed to create a more intimate setting.

Ecotrust was wonderful to work with while planning a wedding during COVID. We were worried things were not going to be how we wanted them, but they ended up being even better! The Ecotrust team was so flexible and generous during the uncertain times and made the process easy for us. We had our ceremony on the gorgeous rooftop and our intimate reception in the BIlly Frank Jr Room - both lovely spaces. Thank you, Ecotrust, for helping us celebrate!

The Redd on Salmon Street has its own first-come-first-serve parking lot with up to 48 parking spots. If you would like to reserve the whole lot to your event, that is available at an upgraded fee. The Ecotrust building has a small parking lot, tons of street parking, the Portland Street Car stops right at our front door, & a huge "pay by the hour" city parking lot right across the street.

Yes, but you must hire bartenders through one of our catering partners to pour the beverages for you.

No. You pay for the rental of the venue(s) with no additional taxes or fees required. Depending on the details/wants and needs of the event, you can make upgrades on furniture, lighting, and additional hours added on. If your event goes past 10pm, you are required to hire our security on for longer at $50 p/hour rate.

Yes, we required our events to have liability insurance. You are more than welcome to provide us with your own or you can purchase through us at $150.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff. ADA accessible restrooms and elevators to get up to the 2nd and 3rd floor.
