Keep the festivities going all weekend long, from surrounding area hikes, to paddle boarding Trillium Lake, to hosting a post-wedding brunch the morning after. Reception Tent

Ceremonies are held at the Historic Warming Hut. Afterwords, guests slide down the Alpine Slide to the Reception Tent!

The tent can be fully enclosed, with removable side walls. It has a built-in climate control system (heat/AC) and comes equipped with tent lighting and chandeliers at no extra charge. Can seat up to 225 guests. There is a paver patio/cocktail area in front of the tent, next to a built-in bar, where most guests choose to have their dance floor. Outside twinkly lights are strung above this cocktail area. All dinner buffets are served in a smaller tent adjacent to the cocktail area.

Upper Bowl - First Look Location

A sought-after First Look location with EPIC mountain views! Accessible via chairlift to the Wedding Couple and their photographer/videographers only.

Located the top of Mt. Hood Skibowl and accessible via chairlift, this First-Look location is offered as an option for wedding couples only and gives them some time one-one before the ceremony. Included with most wedding packages; inquire for details. Can also be added on as an extra charge. Offers sweeping views of Mt. Hood and surrounding National Forest areas, with MANY incredible photo-ops! A Warming Hut Hostess will help your photographers stage this First Look experience.

The Historic Warming Hut

The most memorable guest experience! Everyone rides a chairlift or shuttle up to a rustic, Historic Warming Hut where gorgeous ceremonies are held.

Located mid-mountain, the 400 square foot Historic Warming Hut was built during the same era as Timberline Lodge and features that same rustic Cascadian appearance including a beautiful stone fireplace. This is the location where ceremonies and pre-ceremony cocktail hours are held. The views of Mt. Hood from this location are absolutely extraordinary! Guests love to wander around the area and take photos prior to your ceremony. It's a one of a kind venue space!
