After arriving to your reception mountain-style (aka Alpine Slide), dance the night away under the stars (and twinkly lights, of course) on the outdoor patio, adjacent to your Reception Tent. Keep the festivities going all weekend long, from surrounding area hikes, to paddle boarding Trillium Lake, to hosting a post-wedding brunch the morning after. From a seasoned catering team to an onsite day of coordinator, you'll be in good hands at Skibowl, with lots of guidance along the way!

Reception Tent

Ceremonies are held at the Historic Warming Hut. Afterwords, guests slide down the Alpine Slide to the Reception Tent!

The tent can be fully enclosed, with removable side walls. It has a built-in climate control system (heat/AC) and comes equipped with tent lighting and chandeliers at no extra charge. Can seat up to 225 guests. There is a paver patio/cocktail area in front of the tent, next to a built-in bar, where most guests choose to have their dance floor. Outside twinkly lights are strung above this cocktail area. All dinner buffets are served in a smaller tent adjacent to the cocktail area.

    We had our summer 2024 wedding here and it was beautiful! On our day the mountain was covered by clouds, but to be honest, the scenery is so beautiful, the lift is so fun and special, and the food/staff were awesome. We wish we could do the day over again and again!
