Molly and her husband were awesome!! We hired Molly for day-of coordinating services and let me tell you she is worth every penny and more!! She stayed on us about getting the things done that needed to be in the months before and was just the perfect guide throughout the entire process. Molly helped us contact our vendors as we approached wedding day and really worked a lot behind the scenes (even though she had just had a baby!). I put all my faith and trust in Molly and her husband come day-of and I (the Bride) didn’t have to stress A SINGLE THING. It was later on that I heard of a couple mishaps that happened throughout the day but neither myself or my husband even knew anything went on until days after, that’s how swiftly Molly took care of things! Also, they had added the cutest little touches to our decor the morning of that I only found out from through “before” pictures. They are so thoughtful, gave 110%, and were such a pleasure to work with. And we can’t forget her “Better Together” neon sign that pulled our whole backdrop together!! I very much recommend!!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. Hiring Tavi was easily the best thing we could have done for ourselves when we started wedding planning. We really had no idea what we were doing, I was super anxious about everything, and Tavi guided us through it all with grace, expertise, and humor. She helped us figure out what we actually wanted our wedding to look like (a rainbow fruit and vegetable disco party), what was important to us, our budget, our vendors, and most importantly, she kept me from losing my mind (which, let's be honest, is probably the biggest reason you hire a wedding planner, right?). She put together an amazing vendor team that brought our vision to life even more than we could have hoped for. After the wedding, we got so many compliments about how great it was, and how it was the best wedding they'd been to, no exaggeration. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! She will make your day everything YOU want it to be. Couldn’t recommend her and her team more…I walked away with a new friend!

In beginning our wedding planning, we interviewed a few Day-of Coordinators, however, our conversation with Trang left us feeling most comfortable and confident in her expertise. In our initial consultation, we were able to get a really good glimpse of her passion and energy from the start. We were so comfortable in our conversation, that it felt like we’ve known her for years. We connected most with her services that we even opted instead for her Partial Wedding package, a service that proved to be immensely helpful and insightful, 6 months before our wedding. Trang just brings so much professionalism to her work. She’s constantly on top of our clients’ messages and shares important memos with us the moment they arise. She walks through wedding agendas with such grace and always has answers to our numerous questions and ideas. Even when we get a little too ambitious, Trang gladly helped us figure out ways to make it work. She was such a good listener and paid careful attention to every detail. She has an innate ability to click and collaborate with her clients, not just as a coordinator, but as a friend, which felt so unique to us when it came to looking for coordinators. Her experience in her profession was very apparent as she provided numerous insights to support us through our journey. Trang cares about the people she works with and it shows in every interaction. On the day of our wedding, a few challenges out of our control occurred; however, Trang made sure the event ran smoothly and without a hitch. We would’ve never known because of her quick actions and responses to any interruptions. Trang took very careful note of things that occurred throughout the evening and kept our best intentions in mind, even saving us money post wedding! She could’ve easily walked away post-event without informing us of such details and events, but the fact she did says a lot about her character and professionalism. All in all, please hire Trang as your wedding coordinator! She completely eased our minds through the 6 months of wedding planning and conducts so much behind the scenes to ensure that we fully celebrate our wedding with our guests without a hitch. Working with Yu and Us (founder Jane Yu) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We hired her as a month of coordinator. She was wonderful and on top of it all. Even though she was based in LA and we were in NYC, it wasn’t an issue. She was communicative and easy to get in touch with. Also, even though we hired her months before our wedding, she kept in touch throughout- checking in, giving pointers, acting as a voice of reason. As we neared our wedding (3 months), Jane reached out with useful checklists and timeline templates for us to fill out / be familiar with. She also helped provide last minute wedding contacts when we needed it (e.g. HMU, transportation). She provided much needed advice and suggestions along the way, which we welcomed given her years of experience planning events in NY. On our wedding day, Jane was a beacon of calm as we went from a noon tea ceremony, to first look, then catholic church wedding and finally our rooftop reception, with two full outfit changes along the way. Even during the reception, we had a lion dance, full band, and table to table ganbei’s, and Jane was with us every step of the way. Only thing I wished I did differently was to have her for more hours during our wedding! She was wonderful and I would recommend her to other brides, whether for the month of services or even day of.

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. It is worth every minute for a consultation with her and if you decide to hire Feathered Arrow, it is worth every dollar you spend.
