I had complete peace about handing Paulina the wedding binder and letting her take over from there. She was so professional, communicative, caring and detail-oriented, and she flawlessly navigated any little hick-ups that happened. Paulina really went above and beyond to help with anything that was needed and even lent her calligraphy skills to write on the welcome mirror. Leading up to the wedding, she was also great about coordinating with vendors and kept me on track in preparation for the day. After the wedding, I had several family members comment on how amazing our coordinator was and how impressed they were with Paulina. She helped direct them during setup/tear down and was so knowledgeable and kind to them through it all. One bridesmaid also told me how Paulina offered to go get her a chair when she saw her doing her makeup while sitting on the floor. I could not recommend her enough! She really helped our special day turn out beautifully and stress-free!

Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. They also made sure the various tables were set-up just as we had laid out. Even the little details like sneakily fluffing my wife's dress just before we walked down the aisle - very appreciated. As someone with events expertise myself, I needed a planner who could take all my spreadsheets and make sense of the madness so I could simply breathe, decompress the stress, and enjoy my big day. Abby came on as our month-of-wedding coordinator, and she was a PRICELESS asset on my wedding day to say the least. From her infectious personality and fix it attitude, to her down-right creative genius and DIY designs, we were so appreciative of her presence and blessed to have found Twin Flames. She flawlessly executed our version of a Rustic Cinderella theme, and she took every one of our October Wedding dreams and made them come true. To top it all off, when the best man forgot his belt - Abby’s husband (aka her super support) quite literally offered the belt off his own pants. I am pleased to share a 5/5 review on behalf of Coordinating Miracles and the owner, Howard Moseley. As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I wanted to do everything I could to help make the wedding day as magical as my daughter and son-in-law imagined. We visited their booth at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza in June 2023 and met Howard that day. We actually met and interviewed several professional coordinators and ultimately selected Howard and Coordinating Miracles. From the first meeting, Howard's experience was evident and it was clear he was all in. He has done so many weddings & events, asks great questions, listens to the answers, and brings ideas and suggestions. Even if you don't have a fully formed vision, he can guide you to get to the experience you want. Howard kept us on schedule, but yet we never felt 'rushed' - it was just a smooth experience. The day of the wedding (and even the day of the rehearsal), the Coordinating Miracles team was just incredible and so responsive. It was beehive of activity, and every detail was executed to perfection with Howard at the helm. As the MoB, I was truly able to enjoy every moment with my daughter and her attendants before the wedding. Everything came together beautifully at the wedding and reception I just cannot give enough thanks for Howard and his entire team. Our family and friends commented multiple times how kind and attentive they were. It's difficult to call out everything that they did to make the day a "miracle" - so suffice to say that we will never forget it. I'm including a few photos here, and one in particular shows Howard with my daughter and I about to walk down the aisle. Her veil got caught up with the wind and Howard made the ''save".

I've worked with the Cardi Elegant team for multiple weddings now, and they are best of the best. They put together a packet that has everything we need to know for the day. From a photo/video perspective, it's great because they create an itinerary for us that includes what space we need to be in and what we're shooting at any given point of the day.
