She scheduled several calls with me leading up to the big day to make sure we were ready, and she was kind, prepared, and full of great ideas (she’s also an amazing artist so she has a great eye!!). Before the wedding, I felt completely at peace knowing that she was in charge and that she would execute everything exactly how I pictured it… or even better! She communicated with vendors, set up the ceremony and reception area, and got everybody where they needed to be without a hitch. I’ve had other brides tell me that when things went wrong, their coordinator went to them (the BRIDE) freaking out and making them super nervous. When we were faced with an issue, Paulina stayed cool, calm, and collected and we worked through it easily. The moment I saw everything set up, I was blown away at how our vision had come to life! I cannot recommend her enough! Because of her, everything was BEAUTIFUL and I got to enjoy a stress-free wedding day that I’ll remember forever. Thank you, Paulina!!

We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! Working with paige the day of was super simple. She took care of making sure everyone was doing what needed to be done. Leading up to the day of, i was under an extreme amount of stress and anxiety but paige was there to check in to make sure i stayed on top of things. The only thing that got confusing was the communication day of regarding photos with my photographer. But at the end of the day everything turned out absolutely beautiful !

She is so sweet and spent the day making sure that everything was perfect for us and even captured photos and videos of special moments from the wedding. She even helped out when my dress broke! Hannah ensured that every detail was how we wanted and provided great advice on how to adjust things if necessary. Having Hannah help with our wedding definitely allowed us to enjoy the day worry free. We will forever be grateful that Hannah was part of our special day!

She was super organized, thoughtful and experienced! There were things she knew to look out for that I hadn’t thought of. Annie truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is passionate and patient! Annie, I am so grateful that I found you thank you so much! There’s so much I can say on this but it be like writing a book. 10/10 recommend She also works with your budget and is willing to do a budget plan if needed!!

I had a fantastic experience with Dominique as my coordinator! I love that her Day-Of coordination is actually more like month-of. It was really nice to have her help out with vendor communications starting 6 weeks out and the creation of the timeline and table layout. I DIY’ed a lot so it was great to have her help!. She worked with me to make a backup layout 3 days before when the forecast was severe thunderstorms for my mostly outdoor wedding day (luckily, the rain missed us for the most part and I still got to get married outside!). The rehearsal went smoothly and we were able to practice a few times and ask any last minute questions. Then the day of our wedding, she helped to make everything go smoothly. Our ceremony started on time, and our music was queued perfectly, and I never once heard of any issues with any other setup. I was able to relax and enjoy the day! She was also great at keeping an eye on all of my vendors. She even noticed when my caterer left early and emailed them after the wedding to request a refund for the missed time. I am so glad we got a coordinator and I’m even more glad we went with PHOX!

April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling. She handled all of this without me even knowing! The best decision I made (besides who to marry) on the day of my wedding was hiring April!! You won’t regret it!!
