With Event Design, we'll help guide you through selecting your rentals, florals, stationary and more! Package also comes with minimal budget management, attendance to some consultations and unlimited communication. | This is great for a hands on client but will need assistance in the final stages of the planning process. Coordinator will begin services roughy 6-8 weeks away from Wedding Day! Day of coordination is included in all of our packages! | |

BEST Wedding Planner
WOW!!! I don't even know where to start with Tara Blackwell from Lotus Events. I first want to start by saying there would be absolutely no way we would have gotten through this time without her. Anytime I had a question (even 11 months out) she provided a quick response. As it got closer to the wedding, she made herself readily available to meet us or join us for meetings. This was extremely important since we were getting married outside of where we lived. I have been in many weddings who have wedding planners and Tara has hands down been the best. Even everyone in my wedding party, family, etc loved her and respected her. The way she can take charge and control of situations while still being calm and composed is amazing. It is exactly what a Bride needs on her wedding day. I think it is one of the main reasons I was able to remain so calm and still enjoy, even when our rehearsal was completely rained out and were unable to practice before the big day. I knew she had everything under control. I also cannot fail to mention how well she knew her stuff. There was not a question I asked where she did not have a well thought out and helpful answer. Also, another huge thing is my husband even loved her as much as I did. She was the perfect balance of both of us, so was able to communicate on both our levels which was great. I could seriously go on and on. If you have any question to book with Lotus Events, let me be the one to say, STOP here and do it! You will not regret it at all! - a VERY VERY pleased Bride!

Tara at Lotus Events made our wedding day perfect! She was wonderful to work with. She’s always smiling and sets everyone at ease. Fortunately she has experience and relationships with many vendors, which makes things a breeze. Her attention to every detail, including planning and design leading up to our day, took away any stress we had. Thank you Tara for a day to remember for a lifetime!!
Above and beyond
Tara was amazing and made our day seem effortless. She handled the big things like vendors and timelines but also the small things like bustles and tying corsages to the moms wrists. She is so kind and quick to respond to all the silly questions that come up. We felt so reassured and excited for our big thanks in large to Tara’s excellent organization and people skills. Favorite Wedding Planner
Tara is a dream to work with! She always exudes a cool and calm nature but has a great sense of humor, which is a major plus when considering anyone for a demanding job such as wedding coordination. I always know its going to be a great night when Tara is on the team, can't recommend her enough.
