We are fun, friendly, calm, organized, hard-working wedding planners based in Austin, Texas with a passion for helping our couples enjoy one of the happiest days of their lives. Our mission is to create seamless events you, your friends, and your family will remember forever. We want to execute your wedding day as if it were you running the show.​ In other words, you've worked incredibly hard to envision your big day and now you need someone to help execute all those details. In order to do so, we’re dedicated and committed to making sure no detail is overlooked. Our goal is to be your second brain come wedding day.

We take the time to make sure your event is special to you.​ We don't think your wedding should be cookie-cutter. We also think it should be a reflection of your personality and what's most important to you two. There are hundreds of different ways we can organize the events that happen on your wedding day. We're here to help guide you and sort through the chaos. We're knowledgeable and resourceful.     Amanda Blue Events really took care of us in our wedding planning and especially on our wedding day! We met Amanda at a venue tour (our first tour actually), and her passion for the industry is what not only sold us on our venue (Canyonwood Ridge) and her! She answered all of our questions along the way in planning and was an absolute rockstar on the day of the wedding. She is so professional and had the best advice on ending time for the wedding. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I sure didn't know because Amanda handled it! I am so glad we trusted and listed to her. You cannot go wrong with choosing Amanda Blue Events for your special day!

    We used Amanda Blue Events as our month of coordinators and it was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Ethnee & Ally were both amazing and they helped execute our day to perfection. They really thought of everything and supported us in the things we were missing. They were so helpful for us and we couldn't have asked for anything different!! We were unsure about getting a month of coordinator due to budget, but we are so so glad that we did. They gave us such peace of mind on our wedding day and were always on top of everything!! HIGHLY recommend.

    Kelsey was our coordinator and I would not have made it through the last 60 days without her! She was so professional, organized and communicated often through the whole process. Even through the million questions I asked she never made me feel stupid for asking. It was such a unique experience for me because it was our first time getting married at 40, trying to navigate all these new things was a wild ride and Kelsey was there every step of the way. She was our lifeline especially the couple weeks prior to the wedding. It was worth every penny to hire Amanda Blue events.
