Wedding Planning Service

I believe wedding planning should be a fun and stress-free process. Your engagement time should be filled with celebrations of your love and memorable moments with family and friends—not worrying about your what is next on your to-do list. That’s why I will be by your side every step of the process! Whether as your full-time wedding planner, helping you plan the event of your dreams, or as your day-of coordinator, ensuring that the only thing you will worry about is having fun. My goal is to bring your vision to life on your wedding day by incorporating personal details and unique touches that showcase your unique love story.

My client-focused approach to planning is what truly matters to me. Everything I do is to provide you with an exceptional experience from start to finish. I want to be your best friend during your planning process, someone you can count on, so you can enjoy your engagement to the fullest! I believe everyone should have their dream wedding, a special day celebrating love and creating memories with those you love the most. I believe your wedding should be as unique as you and as special as your love story. Being raised in Mexico and bilingual, I am able to support both weddings in English or Spanish.

Description

This service includes assistance with everything in the planning process from start to finish. From vendor and budget advice to designing a beautiful tablescape. Full planning ensures that you have a planner by your side through all of it. I will provide answers to your questions and solutions to any issues that may arise throughout our time working together so that things progress smoothly throughout the entire process.

This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning which begins at least 12 months prior.

Day-of coordination is the perfect service if you have already done all the planning and only want someone making sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding. This ensures peace of mind that all details are being taken care of, while you enjoy your big day!

    Paulina was the most amazing day-of-coordinator! Our wedding was a dream, and it truly couldn’t have turned out so wonderful without her help. I was able to focus on getting ready and spending time with my loved ones without worrying about how set up was going. I had complete peace about handing Paulina the wedding binder and letting her take over from there. She was so professional, communicative, caring and detail-oriented, and she flawlessly navigated any little hick-ups that happened. Paulina really went above and beyond to help with anything that was needed and even lent her calligraphy skills to write on the welcome mirror. Leading up to the wedding, she was also great about coordinating with vendors and kept me on track in preparation for the day. After the wedding, I had several family members comment on how amazing our coordinator was and how impressed they were with Paulina. She helped direct them during setup/tear down and was so knowledgeable and kind to them through it all. One bridesmaid also told me how Paulina offered to go get her a chair when she saw her doing her makeup while sitting on the floor. I could not recommend her enough! She really helped our special day turn out beautifully and stress-free!

    We hired PSH for our day of coordinator (2 weeks out) and it was the best decision we made in planning. I am a very type A bride and wanted to have a hand in all the planning process while also being able to entirely hand off the reins and trust someone to execute on all of our planning. Paulina was there from start to finish of the day, sending emails weeks out, coordinating and confirming all the nitty gritty details of the day and let nothing slip through the cracks. The attention to detail, care and compassion for our day was so gracious, and we were so thrilled with the result. On a weekend with very unpredictable weather, she made us comfortable and excited about each possibility and rooted for our desires for the day. We hold her in the highest of regards.

    Paulina was my day-of-coordinator for my wedding, and she was so, SO helpful! She scheduled several calls with me leading up to the big day to make sure we were ready, and she was kind, prepared, and full of great ideas (she’s also an amazing artist so she has a great eye!!). Before the wedding, I felt completely at peace knowing that she was in charge and that she would execute everything exactly how I pictured it… or even better! She communicated with vendors, set up the ceremony and reception area, and got everybody where they needed to be without a hitch. I’ve had other brides tell me that when things went wrong, their coordinator went to them (the BRIDE) freaking out and making them super nervous. When we were faced with an issue, Paulina stayed cool, calm, and collected and we worked through it easily. The moment I saw everything set up, I was blown away at how our vision had come to life! I cannot recommend her enough! Because of her, everything was BEAUTIFUL and I got to enjoy a stress-free wedding day that I’ll remember forever. Thank you, Paulina!!

    Our wedding day was perfect and we can thank Paulina for that! Paulina stepped in 2 months out from our wedding day. She was always quick to respond to emails and text when I reached out. On the day of the wedding I was able to just fully enjoy that day and her and her time execute our vision. Everything came out better than we could have imagined.
