Rhiannon & John from 413 Events were worth triple what they charged us! They were by far our favorite vendors and we are so lucky to have had them. Not only were they extremely professional and timely with communication the entire process of planning our wedding (which can’t be said about all the vendors we chose) but they were also so kind, warm, thoughtful and supportive. They went out of their way to source decor for us when we mentioned we had a limited budget and surprised us by decorating our reception space. Although the venue we chose was a hot mess from start to finish, Rhiannon and John worked so hard together to make sure we had pockets of happiness on our wedding day and for that we are so appreciative. We couldn’t have done it without them and their positive attitudes and attention to detail. We could sing of their praises forever honestly. Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with. Our wedding was truly everything I had envisioned and more, it felt like a dream. I hired Saige just a few months before our wedding and it helped relieve a ton of stress, especially since I was planning our wedding all the way from Ohio. Philly, the owner of Prologue Events, is exactly the wedding planner/coordinator/florist/friend you need in your life. She does it all, which is very convenient so you don't have to communicate with a bunch of different vendors. For us, she worked on our Chinese/Tea Ceremony day and Western Ceremony day. She has lots of experience working with cultural weddings and is familiar with many traditional customs. Early on, she created a mood board for floral arrangements and tablescape, which made it easy to trust and align with her. From beginning to end, she made the 1 year we spent wedding planning sane and somewhat enjoyable. She broke down tasks for us, allowing us to focus on one task at a time, and gave us lots of vendor suggestions to choose from. Philly REALLY shined on our wedding weekend, which was 3 days. She constantly checked in on us, made sure we had breaks, set up every detail of the venue, patiently worked with our large hectic families, and packed up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scene footages since we didn't carry our phones. We trusted Philly in executing and she delivered! You will be so happy you did.] Candice and Christopher are hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I can't imagine having gone through that experience without them. They are the definition of what it means to go above and beyond. We booked them for our wedding on San Juan Island in July 2022. There are thousands of things we could list here on why we'd choose Candice & Christopher over and over again, but here are just a few that scratch the surface. Going above & beyond for us: Our venue was a new location for Candice and Christopher. It was also huge, complicated, and it was on an island. They happily booked a trip up to the island months before our wedding date to visit the venue and learn the in's and out's before the big day. They also had to get certified to drive the golf carts at the venue. Yet again, they happily signed up for and took a golf cart training for us. These are just two examples of so many where Candice & Christopher far surpassed our expectations and found opportunities to make the extra effort to ensure our day was perfect. Advocating for us: They joined all our phone calls with vendors in the months before the wedding. When one of our vendors changed their tune on a previous agreement, Candice & Christopher spoke up to advocate for us in a way that was super collaborative with everyone involved and secured what we needed from that vendor. When grey area arose, they jumped in to create clarity and made sure all the details were sorted. Supporting us: My first steps to the aisle were down 2 small steps. As I started to walk my dress got caught under my shoes and I would've ate it if Christopher hadn't somehow appeared next to me to stealthily help me catch my balance. From miraculous physical support like this to being our all-around cheerleaders through the process, we felt incredibly supported throughout. The two of them teamed up to cover all the details of our massive (and rather particular) venue. I couldn't imagine a better team behind us to tackle that with what looked like ease and joy. I think that's something that sets them apart, the genuine joy they seem to get by creating a magical experience for an occasion they have so much love for. I have a memory of Candice smiling and grooving to the beat at the end of the night while helping wipe down a table. They truly love what they do. We hired Krista and the team at Kita events to manage our wedding day with the Gold Key package - it was worth every penny! Krista was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. You can tell she’s seasoned, and it put me at ease. We had a couple situations that needed creative problem solving and she just took care of it, made the calls, and found a solution. She was available and responsive, her proactive communication was so appreciated. The lead-up planning was top-notch. Then her rehearsal and day-of management were even more fantastic. Krista has a warm, calm, and positive energy - exactly what a bride needs on her big weekend. She led the rehearsal so eloquently - our wedding party (who have been in many weddings) was super impressed. On the wedding day she was behind the scenes making everything flow, coordinating with all of the vendors - I didn’t have to lift a finger. The run-of-show was seamless, she was in lock-step with our venue manager, photographer, DJ, and various musicians. And to close, after a long day (we had a New Year’s Eve wedding so it went late!), she and her team broke down and aggregated our rentals, and packed up our personal decor (there was a lot). I cannot recommend Kita Events more, we had a wonderful experience.

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

We loved working with Noelle and Daniela at LaElleKae. Even though we were planning a wedding reception in a short time frame (4 months), Noelle and Daniela were calm and cool the whole time while also making sure we got everything we wanted. Additionally, they were incredibly respectful of our budget and very easy to talk to. It's clear that they are experienced in working with all types of brides (and grooms) with all types of visions! Daniela especially went above and beyond for us, working diligently to get the perfect stage for our reception when everything seemed unavailable - she didn't give up. On top of that, we felt that the LaElleKae team were genuine people; they built a wonderful relationship with us, got to know us personally, and shared so much love for us! Kiira is a super star! She has very calm energy, worked very hard the day of our wedding, and was a delight to work with. We hired her for our day of coordination and she gave us a great document set to help us with our planning. I appreciated the monthly calls with her the few months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track. She set up our reception just the way I envisioned and it let me relax with my mom and bridesmaids on our wedding day. I loved that Kiira has a small inventory of items that we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy things (votives, picture frames, fun neon sign) just for one day but that could help elevate our wedding. I would 100% use Evergreen Event Co again and have already recommended her to another bride.
