We planned everything sight unseen, never being in the actual state we were getting married in while planning, and never having met Ashley in person. She ensured everyone playing a major part in our big day felt prepared and ready in their role/timing and was such an asset. She kept so many things organized so I could just enjoy being a bride. They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! It felt like there was nothing these ladies couldn’t do! They even managed to wrangle a bat that had flown into our bridal room and got it safely out the window! And they surprised us with the most wholesome insta reel of all the special highlights from our day, it had me crying happy tears all over again! A few big game changers for me were: - she knew what I needed to know about and what issues I could be in the dark about - she quickly and calmly brought issues I did need to be involved with to my attention with a few solutions already in mind - she was very knowledgeable on vendors in a range of prices since we had a large budget for some things, like photo, but a small budget for things like floral - the total coordination and communication she had with all of our venders was amazing. I did not have to worry about them at all after I booked them, She took over ensuring they felt comfortable and informed 100/10 would recommend and would use again!!

Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! If you're looking for a great partner to provide just that little extra coordination the day of your event, I highly recommend Kaila!

Victoria and Lexi were amazing and I could not have had my dream wedding without them. If I could give Savannah 10 stars I would!!! Savannah has to be the most organized person I have encountered. I originally was not going to get a coordinator for my daughter's wedding, thinking we could handle things ourselves. However, the closer we got, the more I realized I could not be everywhere at all times! Savannah was the perfect person to fill this role. She takes her role very seriously. She set up meeting times, and had spread sheets for my daughter to help her keep track of specific items, and when certain parts of the wedding planning should be done by. She kept in contact with other vendors, coordinating things with them. She had frequent check ins. On the rehearsal day she had printed out a service order for the wedding party, and we did the walk through several times. She helped my daughter make the wedding programs. She is also an interior designer and was so helpful on the day of the wedding with the decorating. We had the venue starting at 10 AM and the wedding ceremony started at 4PM. The ceremony and reception area were separate. My daughter and I were up at the ceremony lawn setting that up, and we showed Savannah pictures of how we wanted the reception area to look and it turned out fantastic!! She is very professional and wonderful to work with!!

Kiira is a super star! She has very calm energy, worked very hard the day of our wedding, and was a delight to work with. We hired her for our day of coordination and she gave us a great document set to help us with our planning. I appreciated the monthly calls with her the few months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track. She set up our reception just the way I envisioned and it let me relax with my mom and bridesmaids on our wedding day. I loved that Kiira has a small inventory of items that we could borrow so we didn’t have to buy things (votives, picture frames, fun neon sign) just for one day but that could help elevate our wedding. I would 100% use Evergreen Event Co again and have already recommended her to another bride.

They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them. Thank you for helping make it such a truly unique and special day.

Our elopement style wedding could not have been successful without Arianna!! She was seriously always on top of everything through the whole planning process. Our arch for our ceremony didn’t have flowers/decorations like I had always envisioned and on the day of, Arianna went out of her way to get and put floral arrangements together and set everything up and surprised us. Every detail for our day was so thoughtful and I couldn’t recommend Arianna more!
