Wedding Planner Guardian Angel
If I had to describe Sarah and SGS Events Co. in a few words, it would be "wedding planner guardian angel." SGS Events Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Her communication style was clear, concise, and proactive, with a calm, easy-going demeanor that put us at ease throughout the planning process. Sarah was the key to making our dream wedding a reality. She was the first wedding planner I met, and I instantly felt a connection with her—I knew she was the one for the job. From the very beginning, she became someone I could rely on throughout the entire process. Whether it was brainstorming creative ideas and vendors, coordinating rentals and drop-offs, or calming my nerves when I felt overwhelmed, she was there every step of the way. The quality of her work was truly exceptional—Sarah was thoughtful, mindful, and incredibly detail-oriented. For example, when I was running late on the wedding day, she already had a plan in place and was getting everything set up so I could focus on getting ready. She also went above and beyond by picking up our furniture rental, ensuring we had a beautiful vintage lounge in the garden. Sarah custom-styled every table with the decorations we gathered, and completely transformed the gazebo with family photos and pictures of us. She even managed to get the venue to drill in a disco ball, which I had always dreamed of having. And that’s just a glimpse of all the amazing things she did! She asked insightful questions, offered suggestions that made the entire experience better than I could have imagined, and truly made the wedding process seamless. Not only was she a talented project manager, constantly keeping everything on track and communicating clearly, but she also genuinely cares from the bottom of her heart. Hiring Sarah and SGS Events was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in making our special day truly magical.

Kate from Tapestry Events Co. had recommended Sarah to us so you KNOW she comes from good people and a professional background. From start to finish, Sarah was so communicative, caring, empathetic and approached our special day with so much love and professionalism. She gave her honest but kind advice and guided us through whatever we needed during the process. Sarah went above and beyond for us especially the week of our wedding and our wedding day. If you want stuff done right and need to entrust someone with this HUGE task, look no further than SGS Events. Weddings are obviously one of the most stressful things you will do in your life. Sarah made sure we felt heard and supported and held during the process. She also has a background in florals so you can be relieved to know she has a great eye for design as well. You know you will have someone who cares as much as you do about your wedding day! We could go on and on about how perfect our wedding day was (which is not typical) but we believe this had everything to do with having Sarah by our side. The quick and dirty: HIRE SARAH. We can’t put into words how amazing Sarah was to work with. From the start, her positivity, encouragement, and confidence when needed, was both wonderful and reassuring. Finding Sarah, and getting to know her throughout our wedding planning process, was more than we could have hoped for. She started as our planner and ended up a dear friend. Being on the vendor side of the business, Sarah B of SGS Events made our job effortless as the caterer! She is a highly experienced professional, not just in the planning side, but she knows all the intricacies that each vendor would need to know and “speaks” our language. Her suggestions were always spot-on, reflecting her deep knowledge and understanding of what would work best. She was very precise and detail oriented and has a way of anticipating needs before they are needed making the event seamless. Her ability to work with everyone from friends and family to staff supporting the event was impressive to watch. She worked cohesively and in partnership with our team and we couldn’t ask for a better planning partner. She and her team really made our lives easy!. It takes skill to adjust so quickly without missing a beat. She was steady and stealthy, making her a perfect fit for the day of coordinator for any special event. I know the Bride & Groom were extremely happy as well! Thank you so much Sarah! We can’t wait to work together again, and we both (Sales coordinator and day of captain) personally look forward to many more celebrations working alongside you!
