"Making memories one day at a time." I have been in the wedding industry since 1992 and started in hospitality, Concierge desk and ballroom events for a Seattle hotel. Working for a hotel with extremely high standards gave me a great foundation to learn and work from. Knowing that I can provide those same expectations to my clients now brings me a joy in doing what I love. I make magic happen! The team is passionate. We love love! With experience and an eye for style and detail, you will soon be a guest at your own wedding. Allowing us to handle the details and you get to watch your dad bust out his moves on the dance floor!

With a wealth of knowledge (20+years) I have many resources and relationships that I have established. But because of my experience, I am realistic about budgets and expectations. I am straight forward. My team is exactly the same way! If it can be done we will do it! If not, you will clearly present you plan B. Coming from Hospitality I believe in and deliver exceptional service and honestly, the reliable vendor list I recommend provide the same level of service. I have extensive travel arrangement and destination experience. So really, you hold the keys to the castle. Where do you want to get married? We can make it happen.

We had planning meetings along the way, and KaDeana was always available by phone whenever I had any questions, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took care of all the vendor communication and coordinated perfectly with the bridal party, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. One of the most remarkable aspects was how the the team handled the cleanup—allowing us to simply leave the venue at the end of the night without lifting a finger.     KaDeana is absolutely incredible. My husband and I booked her through our bartending service "Party On The Rocks" to be our day-of-coordinator. This lady goes above and beyond for her brides. I booked her way back in 2018/19 for our August 2020 wedding. Due to COVID restrictions (which she kept us with for us) we had to postpone our reception twice and both times she kept up with our vendors to keep them informed. We didn't have to change any one of our vendors. They were all of our original picks. KaDeana was there for us through it all. We finally had our wedding in April 2022. I can't count all of the times we emailed, texted, or called back and fourth. She was on top of every detail. I can't imagine trying to plan everything by myself. She had so many unique ideas and suggestions. We are so happy with her services and all of the hard work she put in to make our day successful! Thanks KaDeana
